The present invention relates to a multi-purpose makeup applicator that comprises, a pencil body having a first body half and a second body half, a refill cavity formed within an encircled sidewall of the first body half, a helix cavity formed within an encircled sidewall of the second body half where the refill cavity and helix cavity are separated by a cavity partition, a lid hingedly attached to the first half of the body and terminates prior to the cavity partition where the second half of the body originates, a displacement mechanism located is configured in the helix cavity of the second body half. In the open position of the lid, a refill cartridge can be placed in the refill cavity, and through the displacement mechanism the refill cartridge moves operably relative to and from the refill cavity of the body.

A cosmetic case and dispenser assembly that includes a cosmetic case cover coupled to a cosmetic case body, in which cosmetic items may be stored within sleeved cosmetic enclosures disposed within independent channels of the cosmetic case body. The present invention relates to an applicator for applying a cosmetic product to the skin, notably the eyelids, comprising an applicator member, the latter having, on its external surface, an indentation and a substantially flat main facet situated between the indentation and the distal end of the applicator member, the width of the main facet increasing with increasing distance from the indentation, at least along a major part of the length of the main facet.

A cosmetic applicator or assembly part for a cosmetic applicator, includes a thread spindle drive for moving a cosmetic mass lead relative to a lead housing tube accommodating the lead, wherein a thread is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the lead housing tube, and the thread interacts with a complementary thread of a lead holder, and the thread moves the lead holder together with the lead relative to the lead housing tube translationally when the lead holder is rotated, wherein said thread of the lead housing tube is not a continuous thread, but consists of a plurality of thread islands that are spaced apart from each other, each of the plurality of thread islands having thread projections extending by less than 121? in a circumferential direction and being shaped and arranged such that an outer thread of the lead holder always engages with at least one thread island.

A writing instrument according to an embodiment of the invention including, a chuck that chucks a writing lead, wherein the chuck includes a first chuck pawl which comes into point contact or line contact with the writing lead to press the writing lead so as to apply first contact stress to the writing lead; and a second chuck pawl which presses the writing lead so as to apply, to the writing lead, second contact stress that is lower than the first contact stress, and the first contact stress is configured such that, when a prescribed impact is applied to the writing lead, a contact portion of the writing lead subjected to the first contact stress fractures and absorbs the prescribed impact.

Each application element comprises: a first part (32) extending inside the longitudinal body, parallel to the first axis, a second part (36) extending parallel to a second axis (38), said second axis being inclined relative to the first axis,

a first end (40) of the second part of each application element emerging from the longitudinal body.

Each application element also comprises an inner leading path for the fluid cosmetic product, extending from a second end (34) to the first end (40) of the application element.
