The invention relates to a method for controlling an electrostatic atomizer for liquids, the atomizer comprising a liquid tank and a delivery device for liquid from the liquid tank, a high-voltage source and also at least one atomizer nozzle for the atomization of liquid, the at least one atomizer nozzle being connected to the high-voltage source. Here, the voltage and/or the current intensity at at least one of the atomizer nozzles are detected by sensors of control electronics and/or the voltage and/or the current intensity at the high-voltage source are detected by sensors of the control electronics.
Applicator device or dispenser with applicator tip assembly
An applicator device or dispenser includes an applicator tip assembly and a housing which may, in some examples, have a reservoir for containing a product, such as a cosmetics product or a medicinal product. The applicator tip assembly may be coupled to the housing and may comprise a thermal storage applicator portion having an application face for applying the product to a surface, the thermal storage applicator portion being made from a material that is capable of storing and retaining and/or transferring thermal energy during application of the product. The applicator tip assembly may further comprise a main body portion having a product delivery passageway extending through the main body portion for dispensing a product to the application face of the thermal storage applicator portion, the main body portion configured to at least partially enclose the thermal storage applicator portion at a periphery of the thermal storage applicator portion.

UV/LED GEL CURING LAMP
UV, LED, and UV/LED hybrid gel curing lamps which lessen the exposure to radiation from gel manicures and pedicures are disclosed. The lamp exposes only the fingertips or toetips to the radiation, thus lessoning the total exposure to the user. This decrease in exposure prevents DNA damage to skin. Additionally, the present invention features a proper gel pedicure lamp which extends across a pedicure bowl so as to provide for the safety and comfort of the user.
