CORDLESS HAIR DRYER
Provided is a cordless hair dryer. The cordless hair dryer includes a housing including a body part gripped by a user and a head part having a blower tube therein, a battery disposed inside the body part, a blower fan disposed in one end of the head part, a support which is inserted into the other end of the head part and fixed to an inner side of the blower tube, and a planar heating element which is formed as a carbon nanotube sheet and disposed on the support to receive power from the battery.
HAIR APPLIANCE WITH ION GENERATOR
A hair iron comprising an ion generator that generates ions comprises a slotted nozzle in communication with the ion generator for generating an ion curtain projecting from at least one side of a body of the hair iron, alongside and substantially parallel to a longitudinal edge of the heating element that contacts the hair in use.
Audio controlled cosmetic device
A hair drying device is provided. The hair drying device includes a housing having an air inlet and an air outlet, a power component, a heating element coupled to the power component, an audio component configured to receive audio input and convert the audio input into audio data, a controller in communication with the heating element and the audio component, and a memory configured to store instructions executable by the controller. The instructions, when executed by the controller, are operable to receive the audio data from the audio component, determine that the audio data corresponds to a style setting, and adjust the energy provided by the power component to increase or decrease the heat emitted by the heating element based on the style setting.
Heated paddle hairbrush
A heated paddle hairbrush includes a novel bristle arrangement which establishes a large surface area for contacting the length of hair during grooming while also creating a serpentinous path through which the length of hair must traverse thereby enhancing the grooming effect on the hair.
Lightweight Iontophoresis Device
An iontophoresis device may include a flexible support layer, an electrode layer, having at least two electrically isolated electrodes, fixed to the support layer. A return electrode is separated from the electrode layer and the flexible support layer. A control module is detachably connected to the electrode layer and to the return electrode. The control module is configured to provide a variable current source or a variable voltage source only to a selected proper subset of the at least two electrically isolated electrodes while not providing the variable current source to other electrodes of the at least two electrically isolated electrodes.
Digitally controlled hairdryer
A digitally controlled hairdryer has removable attachments that are used to style hair. The hairdryer is powered with AC and DC power, with the DC power supply being separate from the main body. The removable attachments are powered and controlled by the hairdryer. The oscillating attachment has a motor that moves an oscillating portion to direct airflow from the outlet of the hairdryer. The diffuser attachment has a motor that is connected to a slider that moves along a central axis. The slider moves wire fingers between a grasped and relaxed position. The ends of the fingers are connected to a blocking membrane that directs airflow through an outlet aperture that is small in the grasped position and large in the relaxed position.
DEVICES AND TECHNIQUES FOR STYLING HAIR
In various embodiments, hairstyling devices utilize liquid agents for styling, bleaching, coloring, and/or other hair treatments. Leakage of the liquid agents is prevented by use of a vacuum source that removes excess liquid from the device, sufficient liquid for treatment remaining within the device in one or more absorbent pads.
Device mounted on mask pack, mask pack and kit comprising the same
When a device mounted on a mask pack, and a mask pack and a kit including the device are used, the mask pack may be well attached onto an application site, for example, skin; delivery of a bioactive material via the skin may improve; and itching, pain, burning, and erythema that may occur during a process of delivering the bioactive material to the skin may be prevented by using the device including an electrode.
HAIR IRON
A hair iron includes a first hair holding part including a first hair holding surface and a second hair holding part including a second hair holding surface configured to face the first hair holding surface. The hair iron holds hair with the first hair holding surface and the second hair holding surface facing each other. The hair iron further includes a discharge device that generates ions and an ion ejection port that ejects the ions thus generated. The discharge device is disposed at a portion of the first hair holding part that does not overlap the first hair holding surface. This can provide the hair iron that can be downsized in the thickness direction while increasing hair care effects.
WATER ION GENERATION DEVICE AND PERSONAL CARE APPLIANCE
In the context of water ion generation, it is advantageous to apply water absorption material that is configured to absorb water from the air at temperatures below an absorption threshold and to release water to the air at temperatures above the absorption threshold. In view thereof, a water ion generation device (10) is provided that comprises at least one absorption body (14) comprising such material, and that further comprises an electrode arrangement (11) configured to perform an ionizing action on water in the air for generating water ions, the electrode arrangement (11) including a discharge electrode (12) and an electric circuit configured to apply a high voltage to the discharge electrode (12), wherein the discharge electrode (12) is generally shaped like a pin and the absorption body (14) is arranged in the vicinity of a tip portion (12a) of the discharge electrode (12).
