The controller controls an operation of the ultrasonic devices.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AN ENHANCED HAIR DRYER

A system and method for an intelligent hair drying/styling apparatus with user information transmission and storage capabilities is herein provided. The hair drying/styling apparatus houses a control circuit board and an infrared or temperature sensor (or camera) in order detect an individual's hair condition moisture level to determine a user specific, customizable dryer setting. The information detected by the sensor is stored locally, on a proximal Internet-enabled device, or on a remote or cloud-based server and accessed by the hair drying/styling apparatus through a wireless local area network connectivity function. Accordingly, a user's hair temperature-drying profile may be stored and later recalled to provide optimal hair styling setting customized for that user. This innovation will enable any number of hair professionals and or end consumers to improve styling and dry time. Such a profile may contain a proprietary V-Factor calculation that will, among other applications, correspond to the use of a coordinated and optimized hair spray solution. According to the present invention, energy usage is reduced to enable a more efficient design.

HAIR STYING DEVICE

A hair styling device comprises an optical radiation source (L) for radiating hair (H), a sensor unit (S) for measuring effects from radiating hair (H), and a feedforward control device for controlling the optical radiation source (L) in dependence on a signal from the sensor unit (S). The optical radiation source (L1, L2) may produce a first flash having a first energy density that may be lower than required for photo-thermal hair reshaping, the optical radiation source being controlled to produce a subsequent flash in dependence on a sensor signal obtained in response to the first flash, which subsequent flash may have at least the first energy density. The sensor unit (S) may include a sensor arranged before the optical radiation source in a hair flow direction. The hair styling device may comprise, along a direction in which the hair (H) is guided, a first sensor (Si), a first LED unit (L1) being controlled in dependence on a signal from the first sensor (Si), a second sensor (S2), and a second LED unit (L2) being controlled in dependence on a signal from the second sensor (S2). The direction in which hair is guided through the hair styling device may determine which part of the optical radiation source will act as the first LED unit (L1). The hair styling device may comprise a drive mechanism (D) to move the hair (H) along the optical radiation source (L) at a speed controlled by the feedforward control device in dependence on the signal from the sensor unit (S).

RADIATIONLESS HAIR DRYER
20200275755 · 2020-09-03 ·

The present disclosure relates to a radiationless hair dryer, and belongs to the field of hair dryers. In the radiationless hair dryer, a magnetic field shielding enclosed space without leakage is formed by a shielding housing and a metal air outlet net at an air outlet of the shielding housing; the shielding housing and a brushless motor are connected with an earth wire so as to leak electromagnetic radiation; a first electrically heated wire and a second electrically heated wire are respectively and mutually alternatively wound around a mica frame in the same direction, and the direction of current flowing the first electrically heated wire and the direction of current flowing the second electrically heated wire are opposite, so that an electromagnetic field generated by the first electrically heated wire and an electromagnetic field generated by the second electrically heated wire are counteracted with each other.
