The herbicidal concentrate compositions comprise N-phosphonomethylglycine or a herbicidal derivative thereof, an auxin herbicide or a herbicidal derivative thereof, and at least one surfactant. Also provided is a method for killing or controlling the growth of certain plants by contacting the foliage of the plants with the diluted concentrate composition.

Herbicidal compositions are provided which cause rapid symptomology while delivering long term control of regrowth of plants. The herbicidal concentrate compositions comprise N-phosphonomethylglycine or a herbicidal derivative thereof, an auxin herbicide or a herbicidal derivative thereof, and at least one surfactant. Also provided is a method for killing or controlling the growth of certain plants by contacting the foliage of the plants with the diluted concentrate composition.
Agricultural formulations with amides and acyl morpholines
A formulation is provided comprising a) at least one agriculturally active ingredient; b) at least one amide of formula (I) ##STR00001## wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of a non-aromatic hydrocarbyl group having from 1 to 16 carbon atom and benzyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of a hydrocarbyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms and benzyl; and R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and a hydrocarbyl group having from 1 to 16 carbon atoms and c) at least one acyl morpholine according to the formula (II), ##STR00002## wherein R is H, CH.sub.3 or C.sub.2H.sub.5. A method for treating a plant or seed with such formulation is also provided.
