CONVERTIBLE BACKPACK-DUFFLE BAG SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A convertible backpack-duffle bag having six integral side walls forming an inner storage cavity, a plurality of storage compartments located on or within the side walls, one of the integral side walls forming a base, an expandable storage compartment located at the base, the expandable storage compartment having a thermal insulation layer, and a plurality of adjustable carry straps.
ADJUSTABLE CARRIER ASSEMBLY FOR A HARNESS
A carrier assembly for a harness for carrying a motor-driven power tool, the carrier assembly including a back plate and an interface plate including connections for shoulder straps. The back plate includes a coupling interface on a front face arranged to be removably connected to a corresponding coupling interface on a rear face of the interface plate. The coupling interface of the back plate is adapted to be connected to and disconnected from the coupling interface of the interface plate in an at least partially translational or linear movement which is substantially parallel to the back plate.
Load bearing harness
Load carriage systems are described including one or more of a first chest panel, a first back panel, and a self-adjusting cummerbund connecting the first chest panel and the first back panel. The self-adjusting cummerbund may include a tensioning mechanism configured to allow the cummerbund to extend and retract, and may be configured to provide varying resistive force. The tensioning mechanism may include one or more of a sliding portion, a continuous patterned length of material that is folded over itself, and an elastic member that is attached to the sliding member and the length of material. Body armor plates may be held between outer and inner chest panels and/or between outer and inner back panels. A strip of webbing may be used to secure the body armor plate between the outer and inner panels.
Harness
A harness has a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, and a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base, and the securing mechanism has a securing slide which is arranged displaceably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing hook, or a securing lever which is arranged pivotably on the support base between a release position and a securing position and has a securing bow. The securing hook or securing bow is designed to engage securely behind a corresponding mating securing element of the battery pack in the support position.
Harness
A harness for a battery pack that can be worn on the back and that supplies electrical energy to hand-held electrical tools includes a support base and a support strap unit for the support base, as well as a holding device for releasably holding a battery pack in a support position on the support base. The holding device has a docking mechanism on the support base for pivotably docking the battery pack in a docking position, and a securing mechanism on the support base for securing the battery pack in the support position pivoted in towards the support base with respect to the docking position. The docking mechanism is arranged on a lower region of the support base.
Mortar Transportation System
The present invention relates to a backpack system for transporting items and an accompanying device. In exemplary embodiments, carried items are kept secure within a plurality of item holders to prevent the items from moving. The item holders can be rigid structures like cylinders or flexible canvas pouches. In exemplary embodiments, the backpack system can have configurations for carrying either a device or additional items.
BOTTOM-ENTRY PET CARRYING BACKPACK
A pet carrying backpack is provided that includes a bag body having a carrying compartment therein, and shoulder straps attached to a front side of the bag body. A bottom-entry opening is disposed at a lower side of the bag body. The bottom-entry opening allows a bottom portion of the bag body to separate from the bag body.
Harness for breathing apparatus
There is disclosed a harness for breathing apparatus comprising a structural support member for supporting a vessel of breathable gas, a waist belt, and a pivot joint mechanism coupling the structural support member to the waist belt. The pivot joint mechanism comprises a release part which is movable to decouple the structural support member from the waist belt.
Universal adapter system for a dynamic load carriage apparatus
Embodiments of universal adapter system including a receiver component having base portion configured to be coupled to a base belt worn by an individual and a locking mechanism which is operative to be engaged to a mounting bar of an adapter component that is secured to a dynamic load carriage apparatus, wherein the mounting bar is capable of a sliding action that compensates for a shift in load that is associated with the individual are disclosed. In operation, the receiver component may be engaged and disengaged from the adapter component while being worn by the individual using a single-handed operation.
HANDS-FREE SYSTEM FOR A USER
A hands-free system for a user includes a rigid frame and a support fixed to the rigid frame. It is provided that the hands-free system is such that when it is arranged around the user tilts under the effect of a force of gravity of the support frontwards of the user about a rotation axis, and that the hands-free system includes three support points on the user to retain the tilting thereof such that the hands-free system is mounted on the user, two of the three points called front points acting on the iliac bones of the user and the third point called back point acting on the spine of the user.
