A shoulder transfer weight support generally having a hip or waist belt, a back support, and one or more shoulder extensions. The back support has an upper back plate attached to the shoulder extensions and a lower back plate attached to one or more hip belts. The lower back plate features a bracket shaped to receive an end of the attachment bar that joins it to the upper back plate. A spring-loaded plunger can be inserted into the attachment bar to allow for height adjustment of the device. A face shield at least partially made of a radiopaque material and can attach to the back support. One attachment option is a yoke mount with vertical sections at either end of the yoke mount. A second option involves a mount that attaches to the shoulder extension(s). The device can use a full face shield or a face shield with an open front.

A bag or a rucksack has a base part having an enlargeable packing volume and first and second connection elements, between which a flexible wall element is arranged. A first packing volume is formed when the first and second connection elements are connected and the wall element is arranged in the first packing volume at least in part, and an expanded packing volume is formed when the first and second connection elements are separated. The front section, the rear section, the base, and the cover section form an interior of the body. The bulletproof backpack includes a first panel connecting the rear section. The bulletproof backpack includes a hood extending from the cover section. The bulletproof backpack includes a second panel connecting the hood. The bulletproof backpack includes shoulder straps connecting the rear section allowing a user to carry the bulletproof backpack. The bulletproof backpack includes strap connectors extending from the hood. Each of the first panel and the second panel is capable of blocking bullets and explosion fragments for protecting the user's back and head, respectively. The strap connectors connect the shoulder straps to balance the weight of the hood and prevent the hood from falling back.

A bottom-entry opening is disposed at a lower side of the bag body. The bottom-entry opening allows a bottom portion of the bag body to separate from the bag body.

A training device includes a backpack having a first compartment for storage, and a second compartment for hydration, a pair of diagonal braces configured and arranged to accept a number of free weights, a pair of lower support members coupled to ends of the diagonal braces, a spool coupled to each of the lower support members and pivotable and translatable relative thereto, and a resistance band coupled to each spool and terminating in a handle.

A connector is disclosed for fastening and dismantling a load to or from, respectively, a belt that can be worn by a carrier that comprises a buckle male configured for swift fastening the load to the belt and a buckle configured for swift dismantling the load from the belt using one hand of the carrier.
