Compound arc pack and frame
A novel backpack frame and backpack are described where the frame has a common point from which a pair of upper vertical support members ascend and a pair of lower vertical support members descend. The lower vertical support members are mirror images of each other and one lower vertical support member has a twist in a first direction to form a latitudinal concavity relative to the back side of the backpack and another lower vertical support member has another twist in a second direction to form another longitudinal concavity relative to the backpack back side, where the second direction is opposite to the first direction.
ADJUSTABLE BACKPACKS
Example implementations relate to adjustable backpacks. In some examples, a backpack may comprise a spindle coupled to a set of straps and a load, a distance sensor, an actuator coupled to the spindle, an angle sensor, and an angle adjuster coupled to the load. The actuator may actuate in response to a first signal from the distance sensor to adjust a length of the set of straps. The angle adjuster may activate in response to a second signal from the angle sensor.
Foldable Tackle Bag
A portable storage device having a foldable storage compartment. The portable device having a main storage compartment defined by a front wall, a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom wall, with each of said walls can be coupled together. The portable device further having a top portion that is coupled to one or more of the walls and capable of covering an opening defined by the main storage compartment, wherein the top portion has at least one securing mechanism to couple to a counterpart securing mechanism on the outer side of the wall opposing the wall that the top portion is coupled to. The main storage compartment of the portable device can be shaped to house at least one folding storage compartment. A system including a storage tray that is sized and configured to fit within the portable device.
Expandable Tackle Bag
A portable storage device having a main storage compartment and an expandable storage compartment. The main storage compartment may have a front wall, a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom wall, with each of said walls being of a cloth like material. The main storage compartment may have a removably coupled top coupled to the main storage compartment through a fastener. The expandable storage compartment may have a front folding section, a first side folding section, a second side folding section, and a bottom folding section.
PERSONAL STORAGE DEVICE
A personal storage device may have at least two interchangeable storage modules, such as a wallet, cell phone carrier, bag, water bottle holder, or the like, removably attached to the ends of a pair of shoulder straps draping over a user's shoulders. The two shoulder straps may be joined by one or more back straps, to which a storage module may also be attached, and an upper chest strap or decorative jewelry chain. A user may quickly and easily exchange a storage module with one of a different configuration in accordance with the user's preference. One or more auxiliary storage features may be attached to or incorporated into the shoulder straps. Personal items carried in the storage modules and/or the auxiliary storage features are readily accessible and their weight is distributed across the user's shoulders. The device may be lighter and less bulky than conventional wallets, pockets, or handbags.
Backpack
The invention relates to a backpack or case, which, in the closed state, is formed or shaped from substantially an underside, upper side, lateral surfaces, a surface to be carried on the back and a front surface, wherein an opening region is formed on or along a surface (3) which is formed with at least one fold-down flap (13), whereby a substantially complete opening (2) of the substantially tub-shaped backpack body is made on the elongated surface to be carried on the back and on the at least one fold-down flap, by means of at least one zip closure (5), and wherein the surface to be carried on the back is provided with backpack straps.
GOLF BAG CONVERTIBLE STRAP ASSEMBLY
Embodiments of a strap assembly system for a golf bag are described herein. The strap assembly system can be converted between a single-strap configuration or a double-strap configuration. The strap assembly system comprises a first strap, a second strap, and a back puck. The back puck comprises first and second attachment openings for securing the first strap. The back puck further comprises first and second side openings that define a linear pathway and are configured to receive the second strap. The second strap can move freely along the linear pathway.
Harness for carrying a load
A harness for a back-pack comprises a chest harness (A), a strut mechanism in the form of a flexible spine (B) and a hip belt (C). The flexible spine (B) provides a sprung, damped connection between the chest harness (A) and the hip belt (C), so that the load of the backpack is transferred through the flexible spine (B) to the hip belt (C), while the flexible spine can extend to accommodate movement of the wearer's body. The chest harness (A) comprises straps (12, 15) which are interconnected at the front of the wearer by a buckle (14). Abdominal straps (15) are connected to the buckle (14) by flexible wands (16) which flex under the breathing action of the wearer to retain the load securely against the wearer's back without restricting breathing.
Automatic retention apparatus
An apparatus for automatically adjusting tension on retention member to hold multiple objects together. Examples include using retention apparatus to obtain optimal fit and use of a human wearable item such as article of footwear. Sensors may be used to sense changes in movement of the article of footwear, of the person wearing it, or of a third object such as a vehicle carrying the person. A retention member may surround at least a portion of the objects, and an actuator may be included that automatically rotates a rotating member such as a gear or pulley that may be coupled to the retention member. The rotating member may be configured to automatically adjust tension on the retention member many times per second based on control signals from control logic responsive to the sensors.
Quick attachment carrier assembly of a container to enable free movement of a body of a wearer and hands-free utilization through multiple attachability options
Disclosed are an apparatus and/or a method of a quick attachment carrier assembly of a container to enable free movement of a body of a wearer and hands-free utilization through multiple attachability options. In one aspect, a carrier attachment assembly includes an elongated flap, a first elastic band, and a second elastic band. The elongated flap has a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end of the elongated flap fits between a waist of a wearer and a waistband of a garment being worn by the wearer. The elongated flap is movable inside and/or outside the first elastic band and the second elastic band when the wearer manipulates the elastic bands and/or the elongated flap. The elongated flap is moved outside and/or inside to attach the container coupled with the carrier attachment assembly on the waist and/or the arm of the wearer respectively.
