Plumbing safety device and method
A plumbing safety device and method is provided. The plumbing safety device comprises a shoulder strap configured to be worn over one or more shoulders of an operator, a mounting strap removably connected to the shoulder strap, and a means for securing a plumbing tool. The plumbing safety method comprises the steps of: providing a plumbing safety device comprising a shoulder strap configured to be worn over one or more shoulders of an operator and having a first and second strap connecting means, a strap adjustment means, a mounting strap removably connected to the shoulder strap, and a means for securing a plumbing tool; adjusting the strap adjustment means to a desirable strap length; securing the means for securing the plumbing tool to the plumbing tool; and placing the shoulder strap on the one or more shoulders of the operator.
Footwear transportation device
A footwear transportation device is an apparatus used to contain, protect, and transport various shoes, sandals, sneakers, and other such footwear. The apparatus is also configured to hang comfortably around a user's neck or over a user's shoulder for carrying ease. The apparatus includes a storage pouch, a hood, a first shoe-supporting mechanism, and a second shoe-supporting mechanism. The storage pouch allows for storage of items. The hood is an enclosure generally used to cover the head of a user. The first shoe-supporting mechanism and the second shoe-supporting mechanism are units allowing for containment and support of one of a pair of shoes each. The first shoe-supporting mechanism and the second shoe-supporting mechanism each comprise a flexible line and a shoe pouch. The flexible line is a connector made of elastic material. The shoe pouch is a storage unit which allows for secure containment of a shoe or other footwear.
Combination backpack and convertible infant changing station
A convertible backpack or carrying bag for establishing an infant changing station, including a body having a first rigid lower depth defining half and a second pivotally connected rigid upper half. A strap extends from the upper half which is adapted to secure to an elevated location in order to support the body in an open position in which the infant is supported upon the lower depth defining half. A clamp or other attachment portion can be secured to the strap and includes a “U” shaped hook portion adapted for engaging a top extending door edge. Other looped straps can also be used in combination or apart from the clamp securing strap for providing additional support when worn by a user.
Connector
A connector is disclosed for fastening and dismantling a load to or from, respectively, a belt that can be worn by a carrier that comprises a buckle male configured for swift fastening the load to the belt and a buckle configured for swift dismantling the load from the belt using one hand of the carrier.
Fastening device
A fastening device includes a self-adhesive part having a self-adhesive surface and a connecting surface which is situated on the opposite side from the self-adhesive surface. A flexible strip extends from the connecting surface of the self-adhesive part. The flexible strip is joined to the self-adhesive part by means of a connecting element disposed in a region on the connecting surface. This region faces a central region of the self-adhesive surface. Thus, a traction force exerted on the flexible strip is distributed substantially uniformly over the self-adhesive surface.
DEVICE FOR ASSISTING THE DORSAL CARRYING OF A BACKPACK- OR SATCHEL-TYPE BAG
A device to assist the dorsal carrying of a backpack-type or satchel-type bag by an individual, such as a child or a teenager. The bag includes a pair of shoulder straps. The dorsal carry assist device includes a carrying sling to carry the bag and a retaining sling. The carrying sling configured to clasp a portion of the bag and the hips of the individual. The retaining sling to removably retain the carry sling to the bag. The dorsal carry assist device preferably includes a stabilizing sling configured to stabilize the bag.
Portable Laptop Table Assembly
A portable laptop table assembly includes a table that has a work surface to support a laptop computer. A power strip is integrated into the table and the power strip has a plurality of output ports for plugging in a power cord from the laptop computer. A pair of stands is each pivotally coupled to the table and each of the stands is positionable in a deployed position to support the table over a support surface. Each of the stands is positionable in a stored position having each of the stands lying against the table. A pair of attachments is each coupled to the table and a strap is attachable to each of the attachments for wearing the strap over a user's shoulder to carry the table.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CARRYING AND STORING FOOTWEAR
A system for carrying food apparel having device made of a continuous strip of material forming two or more loops and an interlocking member that when moved chases the diameter of the loops. The device contracts around shoes at various points including the mid sole region or the heels. The device is attachable to, for example, a travel bag, wrist-band, or shoulder band. The device may be attachable through, for example, a magnet, hook, button, velcro, zippers, clips or carabiner. In addition disclosed is a method of carrying foot apparel involving providing the device, placing a foot apparel into each loop of the device, tightening the loops, and attaching the loops to the exterior of a bag, hand strap, wrist strap, or shoulder strap.
Portable Seat
A portable seat, comprising an internal frame; a cover; and one or more hook assemblies; wherein said internal frame is encased by said cover; wherein said one or more hook assemblies comprise a hook, biasing element, and anchoring element; wherein said one or more hook assemblies engage said internal frame at an engagement area via said anchoring elements; wherein said cover comprises one or more holes through which said one or more hooks protrude; wherein said biasing elements applies a force to said hooks such that said hooks pivot at said engagement area and said hooks rest against said cover; wherein said one or more holes are not configured to be sealed; and wherein said hooks are configured to engage a front surface of a bench by pivoting away from said cover and extending orthogonally relative to said cover.
Sporting Equipment Storage Sling
A sporting equipment storage sling is provided. The device includes a tubular housing having an open first end opposite an open second end. An adjustable strap is affixed to the tubular housing at each of the first and second ends. A plurality of fasteners disposed along a length of the tubular housing opposite the adjustable strap. The plurality of fasteners removably secure sporting equipment to the tubular housing, such that the user can easily transport and dry sporting equipment between uses. In some embodiments, a bag is affixed to the tubular housing, wherein the bag includes an opening through an upper end thereof.
