Body-carried device with heat dissipation system
A body-carried device includes a receiving bag, two carrying straps, and a heat dissipation system on the backside of the receiving bag. The heat dissipation system has a pump and an airflow guide tube unit. When a user's lower back directly contacts and pushes the pump, the air in the pump is pushed into the main tube and branch tube of the airflow guide tube unit. Some of the air exits the body-carried device through the main tube while the remainder of the air enters the heat dissipation area of the receiving bag through the branch tube. When the user's lower back moves away from the pump, the pump is elastically restored in shape to draw ambient air through the airflow guide tube unit into the pump.
Wearable gun rest assembly
A wearable gun rest assembly for supporting a firearm while a user is walking includes a panel that is hollow and the panel has a slot that extends into an interior of the panel. A neck strap is releasably attachable to the panel and the neck strap is wearable around the user's neck thereby facilitating the panel to be supported on the user's chest. A waist strap is releasably attachable to the panel and the waist strap is wearable around the user's waist thereby facilitating the panel to be retained against the user's chest. A gun support is removably integratable into the panel and the gun support has a gun slot is integrated therein to insertably receive a firearm for supporting the firearm in a horizontal orientation.
Baby carrier device
A baby carrier device configured to secure a baby an upper body of the person, and comprising a support pad, shoulder straps, and at least one vertical strap. The support pad is configured for receiving and supporting at least an upper body of the baby, and extends substantially vertically between a top end and a bottom end thereof and substantially horizontally between lateral sides thereof. The shoulder straps are joined to the support pad, and configured to removably join the support pad to shoulders of the person carrying the baby. The vertical strap is located at or near the bottom of support pad, has a top portion and a bottom portion, the bottom portion extending below the bottom end of the support pad, the vertical strap being configured for encircling a hip seat worn by the person carrying the baby to removably join the baby carrier to the hip seat.
Ergonomic rotatable apparatus and method for use thereof to carry and store equipment and accessories
An apparatus for use about a selected portion of a user's torso comprising at least one accessory mountable traveler member and at least one traveler band. The accessory mountable traveler member is slidably saddled upon the least one traveler band, which encircles and encloses the selected portion of a user's torso to allow the circumvolution of the accessory mountable traveler member about the entire outer perimeter of the apparatus and around the user's torso.
BODY SUPPORT DEVICE, THE USE OF IT AND A METHOD OF HANDLING LOADS
A body support device to support at least one part of a body when lifting and/or carrying, having at least a first body fastening element fixable above a human's hip joint, at least a second body fastening element mechanically fixable below a human's hip joint and merely on the back side at least one elastic, which mechanically connects the first and the second body fastening element on the back side. The elastic is adapted to be tensioned when a person mechanically linked to the body support device is bending down and to apply an erecting force to the person when the person is bent down. A biasing device adjusts the length of the elastic between the respective fixations on the first body fastening element and the second body fastening element and has a pivotable mounted eccentric element adapted to apply a compressive force on the elastic and a counterpressure surface.
Rapidly deployable protective backpack
A backpack (11) provides a protective utility vestment including a panel of armor material fully stored beneath the openable cover (22) an anterior chamber within the backpack, obscuring its existence. A pair of hand-graspable pull-tabs (31) connected to opposite lateral sides of the vestment allow rapid deployment of the vestment over the user's head and into position on the user's chest. The pull-tabs can be obscured on the shoulder supports (14,15) of the backpack until used. Decoy bands (43) on the shoulder supports can further enhance the obscuring effect. The pull-tabs can secure to the hip support pads (16,17) to further secure the vestment on the user's chest. A bottom deployed utility caddy can be stowed within a hidden medial compartment.
Dynamic load carriage system
A dynamic load carriage system having a movable cross support member having a first elongated support member in transverse orientation relative to a second elongated support member with one end of the first and second elongated support members being coupled to a load carrier being worn or carried by an individual and another end coupled to a base belt for supporting the load carrier substantially along the hips of an individual wearing the load carrier whenever the individual changes body position is disclosed.
Harness for Golf Bag
A harness for quick attachment to and release from a golf bag is described that includes a plurality of interrelated weight shifting adjustments. The harness is easily coupled to a variety of golf bags to carry the bag in an approximately horizontal orientation. The harness is further easily adjusted to accommodate various statures of users.
Pouch or holster coupled with a retracting device
Holstering retractor devices or systems for securing a device or instrument when not in use, such that the instrument does not have to be held or slid into a pocket. The systems are coupled with a retracting device, integrated into the holster, such that if said instrument or device pops out of holster, or is dropped while in use, it is not lost or damaged. The present invention is also directed to systems utilizing the holster retractors, such as vest system having the holster retractor mounted to the vests.
One-belt harness
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a body-worn unitary harness having a shoulder portion and a waist portion in tensile communication with one another, such that both the shoulder and the waist portions can be simultaneously adjusted using a single adjustment mechanism to conform to a wearer's body. In an illustrative embodiment, a length of webbing may thread through an angle-turning buckle and change direction therein. Tensile forces in the length of webbing may be directed in different directions on either side of the angle-turning buckle. A single clasp may facilitate both donning and doffing of the unitary harness. An implement connector may be coupled to a hip member and configured to connect an implement to the unitary harness. Various exemplary unitary harnesses may provide comfortable implement carrying capacity while automatically adjusting relative waist and shoulder lengths to accommodate a user's movements and positions.
