The present disclosure provides hands-free item carrying devices and related methods. The devices include a support platform including an interior surface with an item support portion, a bottom and top ends. The devices further include a flexible stabilizing portion coupled to a bottom portion of the support platform and positioned adjacent to the interior surface. The devices also include a body harness with a pair of shoulder straps, at least one first end portion coupled to the stabilizing portion, and at least one second end portion coupled to at least one of the stabilizing portion and the support platform. When the shoulder straps are worn by a user, the support platform is selectively movable between an open positioned angling away from the user from the bottom end with the top end being distal to the user, and a closed positioned with the top end being proximate to the user.

A holster with an adjustable-depth pocket for hands-free use and carrying of electronic devices. The pocket is sleeve like and is defined by four walls, a stirrup webbing on the bottom, and an elastic restraining cord on top, thus forming a six-element restraining system for dampening device movement. The tongue forms a stirrup pendent from the front wall that is looped below the pocket and brought up inside the pocket, where it reversibly and adjustable attaches inside the back wall. The elastic cord is fastened superiorly on the back wall and is secured to the front wall near the top lip with a snap or clasp so that the device is immobilized while permitting access to device controls. The upper lips of the side walls are angulated so as to form a guide slot or rails for self-centering and guiding the device into the stirrup. The holster may be integrated into complex wearable combinations that are comfortable, durable and multifunctional.

The hiking survival pack has two chambers that are worn over the user's shoulders and secured to the user with a plurality of attachments. Each chamber has an access that allows the user to store and remove items. On the back of the hiking survival pack, there is a storage sack that may hold a fluid container. The fluid container has an opening that allows for a tube to be connected to it. The user may drink the contents of the fluid container via the tube.

The elastic straps with self adhering tabs enable it to be worn in multiple configurations about the arms, ankle, waist, chest and back. Both units including the open ended wallet version with self adhering adjustable panel closure tabs have two, two-ply seamed tubular tension forming storage receptacles constructed with multi needle stretch stitched secured seamed outer edges and three pearl stitched receptacle openings on one pocket location and one opening on the opposite side, both with adjustable self adhering tabbed tension forming flaps which secure items inside. The D shaped keyring is secured by a self-fabric loop. The attachment options are made of elastic bands with self adhering trims attached or stretch self adhering materials. The units can also be made with waterproof materials utilizing similar construction techniques.

The support structure comprises a yoke (12) arranged to sit on the wearer's shoulders; and at least one support member extending from the display to the wearer's shoulders and from there to the torso support. Where it extends over the wearer's shoulders, the support member bears on the yoke to distribute the weight of the apparatus between the yoke and the torso support.

In one implementation, a core assembly of a bolster has a middle section disposed between a first end section and a second end section, and the middle section positionable behind the neck of the user. An elongated body of the core assembly is positionable along the trapezii of the user in a horizontal orientation. The elongated body extends continuously from the first end to the second end. A padded body of the core assembly extends about the elongated body. A cover is engaged to the core assembly. A securing assembly has a first strap connected to the first end section and a second strap connected to the second end section. The core assembly is releasably securable to the user in the horizontal orientation using the securing assembly.
