WATER STERILIZATION CAP WITH REMOVABLE PARTICULATE FILTER AND/OR HYDRATION METER
A water sanitization cap for covering a bottle is provided. The cap may screw-fit on a conventional water bottle. The conventional water bottle may store drinking water. The cap may include a UV-C module. When activated, the UV-C module may destroy bacteria and/or viruses within the water. The cap may also include a particulate filter. The particulate filter may filter out particulate matter from the water when water is being suctioned out of the bottle. The water may be suctioned out of the bottle using a foldaway straw included in the cap.
Ultraviolet disinfection for a water bottle
Disinfection of a surface, such as a mouthpiece of a water bottle, using ultraviolet radiation is disclosed. A cover assembly can include a cover configured to selectively enclose the surface to be disinfected, such as the mouthpiece. The cover assembly can be configured such that ultraviolet radiation can be emitted into an interior volume at least partially formed by the cover and including the surface. The cover assembly can further include a power source which provides power to one or more ultraviolet light sources that emit the ultraviolet radiation. The cover assembly can be a mouthpiece cover assembly physically separate from a container and top cover or integrated in the top cover. A container and a top cover including one or more features for improved cleanliness are also disclosed.
Service life reminding system for water bottle filter element
The present disclosure provides a service life reminding system for a water bottle filter element. The service life reminding system for the water bottle filter element includes a one-way valve head, a mounting bracket, and a circuit board. The mounting bracket includes a first accommodating cavity. A portion of the one-way valve head is movably accommodated in the first accommodating cavity. A magnetic element is fixed in the mounting bracket. A magnetic sensor is arranged on the circuit board. Both of the circuit board and the magnetic sensor are accommodated in the one-way valve head. When the one-way valve head slides to abut against the mounting bracket, the magnetic sensor senses the magnetic element. When the one-way valve head slides away from the mounting bracket until the one-way valve head separates from the mounting bracket, the magnetic sensor is unable to sense the magnetic element.
Squeezable hybrid water bottle with integrated filter
A method of forming a hybrid, hand-held drinking bottle includes connecting a top element to a bottom element to form a seam therebetween. The top element includes a top wall extending around a top axis, and a top opening extending within the top element between opposed ends of the top wall. The top element is formed from a material that is of a first hardness. The bottom element comprises an end wall, a bottom wall extending around a bottom axis, and a bottom opening extending between the end wall and an opposing end of the bottom wall. The bottom element is formed from a material that is of a second hardness less than the first hardness. The top opening is in communication with the bottom opening when the top element is connected to the bottom element. The method further includes over molding a collar around the seam.
Water sterilization cap with removable particulate filter and/or hydration meter
A water sanitization cap for covering a bottle is provided. The cap may screw-fit on a conventional water bottle. The conventional water bottle may store drinking water. The particulate filter may filter out particulate matter from the water when water is being suctioned out of the bottle. The water may be suctioned out of the bottle using a foldaway straw included in the cap.
System of filtering runoff water from a roof cleaning
A system of filtering runoff water from a roof cleaning is used to remove contaminants from water that has been used for rooftop cleaning. The system is also configured to gather water noninvasively from downspouts or topographically low points upon the roof. The system of filtering runoff water from a roof cleaning utilizes a pump that is connected to a large bin for filtration. The pump is placed at a low point upon the rooftop, thus enabling optimal water collection for subsequent pumping. The bin contains a disposable filter through which pumped water may pass, either through force from the pump pressure or due to the effects of gravity. Clean water is then ejected from the bin, or otherwise guided to an appropriate drainage area. This arrangement allows for easy maintenance, as a rooftop cleaner need only to swap out the old filter for a new one after cleaning.
PHOTOELECTROCATALYTIC DEVICE FOR WATER DISINFECTION
A water-disinfecting apparatus includes a vessel with a cathode, an insert with a photoanode, an ultraviolet light source configured to be positioned in the insert, and a power source. The cathode forms an electrically conductive layer on an inner surface of the vessel. The photoanode is configured to be positioned in the cathode. The power source is configured to be operably coupled to the cathode, the photoanode, and the light source.
Endoscope system and a water bottle cap assembly for such an endoscope system
An endoscope system and particularly but not exclusively a water bottle cap assembly for an endoscope/endoscopic device. An endoscope system includes an endoscope device and means for directing a fluid adjacent a tip of the endoscope device. The fluid directing means includes a fluid container for containing the fluid, the container including an inlet and an outlet. The system further includes separating means for separating liquid or solid particles from gas entering the container through the inlet.
GRAVITY-FLOW FILTER ASSEMBLY
An apparatus for dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The apparatus can include a cap configured to connect to a container body having a chamber for containing the liquid. The cap can include a fill aperture through which the liquid is supplied to the container body and a pour aperture through which the liquid exits the apparatus. A fill lid can be rotatable about a pivot axis in a first direction to close the fill aperture and rotatable about the pivot axis in a second direction to open the fill aperture, the first direction opposite the second direction. A pour lid can be rotatable about the pivot axis in the first direction to open the pour aperture and rotatable about the pivot axis in the second direction to close the pour aperture. A filter assembly comprising a filter cartridge can connect to the cap.
WATER BOTTLE
A portable, personal apparatus for transporting liquid having a bottle configured to contain liquid. The bottle has a longitudinal axis. A first opening open in a direction generally parallel with the longitudinal axis in a pour position. A first cover coupled to the bottle and configured to close the first opening in a closed position. A second opening open in a direction generally orthogonal with the longitudinal axis in a fill position. A second cover coupled to the bottle and configured to close the second opening in a storage position. The second cover remaining coupled to the bottle when the second cover is in the fill position.
