BITE-ACTUATED MOUTHPIECES AND DRINK VESSELS INCLUDING BITE-ACTUATED MOUTHPIECES
Bite-actuated mouthpieces and drink vessels including bite-actuated mouthpieces are disclosed. Bite-actuated mouthpieces comprise a body comprising a dispensing wall, one or more sidewalls extending from the dispensing wall that with the dispensing wall define an internal volume, and an inlet to the internal volume. The self-sealing exit is biased toward a closed configuration and is configured to be selectively reconfigured from the closed configuration to an open configuration responsive to user-applied compressive forces to opposing bite regions. The dispensing wall has a dispensing face opposite the internal volume, and in some examples, the dispensing face is concave.
Water Walking Leash
The present invention teaches a system for hydrating a dog during a walk or a jog, including a hand-held rehydrating liquid reservoir, a tube for feeding the rehydrating liquid to a dog collar, and a dog collar that presents the rehydrating liquid in proximity of a dog's mouth. The liquid transport arm may be one quarter or one half elliptical in shape. The liquid transport arm may include mouthpiece which may be a flavored treat, wherein the flavored treat may include holes allowing the rehydrating liquid to pass therethrough for presentment to the dog's mouth.
Portable hydration system with integrated circulatory and heating system
A hydration system is provided. The hydration system includes a container configured to receive and maintain a quantity of liquid, a pump connected to the container, a hose system comprising a plurality of hoses connected to the container and the pump and configured to receive liquid from the container, and an end piece connected to one of the plurality of hoses configured to be used by a user of the hydration system. The pump is configured to circulate liquid through the hose system and container to maintain a relatively similar liquid temperature for all liquid contained in the hose system and container.
Hydration sleeve and bladder and related systems and methods
A hydration sleeve can include: a band of sleeve material shaped and dimensioned to fit around a user's limb; a bladder pocket connected to the band of sleeve material; an opening extending into the bladder pocket to permit insertion of a hydration bladder into the bladder pocket; and a mouthpiece port extending through the band of sleeve material. Other embodiments and features, including single-use hydration bladders and garments incorporating hydration sleeves are described.
RESERVOIR WITH SPOUT
A fluid container can comprise a flexible front sheet having an upper edge and lateral edges, and a flexible rear sheet having upper edges and lateral edges. The front sheet and the rear sheet can be joined at their lateral edges to form an internal region from storing fluid. An upwardly facing spout assembly can comprise an insert coupled to and positioned between the upper edge portions of the first and second sheets, wherein the insert comprises a sealable fluid port.
THERMALLY PROTECTIVE CARRIER
A temperature regulating carrier to create ambient environment to negate negative effects of thermal environmental factors. The carrier is suitable for backpacking and other outdoor activities and can easily fit inside of a backpack or be clipped onto a harness, sled, or any other object. The carrier is formed of a multi-layer thermal blanket material having an outer fabric layer, an inner liner, and a thermal insulation layer formed of a synthetic amorphous silica on a non-woven, needled batting that is disposed between the outer fabric layer and the inner liner to provide a thermally insulated interior chamber.
Rigid Metal Reservoir Hydration System
Provided is a novel hydration system which incorporates a rigid, low-profile, contoured reservoir made of stainless steel or another suitable non-plastic material that replaces typical plastic water bladders and a flexible metal drinking hose in backpack-mounted hydration systems. The rigid metal reservoir hydration system solves several problems and health concerns associated with plastic hydration systems.
HYDRATION BLADDER DRYING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A moisture removal apparatus configured for partial insertion into a primary opening of a moisture containing container is provided. The moisture removal apparatus includes a first end portion positioned within a moisture containing portion of the moisture containing container. The first end portion has a first material layer configured to absorb moisture from the moisture containing container. The first material layer is further configured to transport the absorbed moisture to a second material layer. A second end portion is spaced apart from the first end portion and extends beyond the moisture containing container. The second end portion is configured to receive absorbed moisture from the second material layer and is further configured for direct air contact for purposes of evaporation of the absorbed moisture.
Portable hydration system
A portable hydration system and various components are disclosed. The system utilizes a pump to transfer potable liquid (e.g. water) from a liquid container to a user during challenging activities (e.g. endurance motorcycle riding).
FLEXIBLE CONTAINER
A flexible container device, comprising a container top portion having a substantially oval top footprint, a flexible container bottom having a substantially oval bottom footprint, wherein the flexible container bottom is foldable, and a flexible reservoir body in between the container top portion and the flexible container bottom. The flexible reservoir body can be coupled to the container top portion by a top perimeter seam and coupled to the flexible container bottom by a bottom perimeter seam. The flexible reservoir body can be formed by a flexible panel folded and attached to itself along one or more body seams extending along a length of the flexible reservoir body. The flexible reservoir body can be collapsible and foldable.
