The present invention relates to an oxide-based conductive ceramic of a new NASICON structure of the chemical formula Li.sub.1+xAl.sub.xX.sub.2−xP.sub.3O.sub.12 (X is Zr, Si, Sn, or Y, 0<x<2) or Li.sub.1+xZr.sub.2X.sub.xP.sub.3−xO.sub.12 (X=Si, Sn, Ge, or Y, 1.5≤x≤2.3). The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an oxide-based conductive ceramic having the above novel NASICON structure.
HALIDE-BASED NANOCOMPOSITE, SOLID ELECTROLYTE COMPRISING SAME, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY COMPRISING SOLID ELECTROLYTE
The present disclosure relates to a solid electrolyte containing a halide-based nanocomposite, a method for preparing the same and an all-solid-state battery including the solid electrolyte. Halide-based nanocomposites were prepared by the mechanochemical reaction of a lithium oxide precursor, a lithium halide precursor, and a metal halide in order to improve the low ion conductivity and large interfacial resistance of the existing halide-based solid electrolyte. Furthermore, it is possible to provide superior atmospheric stability, improve ion conductivity through activation of interfacial conduction and, at the same time, significantly improve the interfacial stability with a sulfide-based solid electrolyte and high-voltage cycle stability.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF MESOPOROUS SILICA IN THE PRESENCE OF WATER-SOLUBLE ODSO
Methods of synthesis of mesoporous silica are disclosed. The mesoporous silica synthesized herein, like SBA-15, possesses a two-dimensional, hexagonal, through-hole structure with a space group p6mm. An effective quantity of one or more water-soluble oxidized disulfide oil (ODSO) compounds are used during synthesis to impart distinct characteristics.
BARIUM TITANATE POWDER AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF

Silicon carbide single crystal substrate
In a case where a detector is positioned in a [11-20] direction, and where a first measurement region including a center of a main surface is irradiated with an X ray in a direction within ±15° relative to a [−1-120] direction, a ratio of a maximum intensity of a first intensity profile is more than or equal to 1500. In a case where the detector is positioned in a direction parallel to a [−1100] direction, and where the first measurement region is irradiated with an X ray in a direction within ±6° relative to a [1-100] direction, a ratio of a maximum intensity of a second intensity profile is more than or equal to 1500. An absolute value of a difference between maximum value and minimum value of energy at which the first intensity profile indicates a maximum value is less than or equal to 0.06 keV.
