BACKPACK WITH A CHILD SEAT SECURE DEVICE
A backpack with an integrated child seat secure device for securing a child while seated in a chair is disclosed. The backpack comprises a compartment, a shoulder harness system, and a back support for supporting the back of a carrier person. The back support comprises a front cover and a back cover connected to the front cover, wherein the front cover and the back cover forms a space between each other for receiving a backrest of the chair. The child seat support device further comprises a leg strap connected to the front cover and arranged to be situated between the legs of the child, and two side straps, each with one end connected to the back cover and opposite end connectable to the leg strap, providing a three-point connection system such that the child is secured to the chair.
Combination chair and pack frame apparatus
A combination chair and pack frame apparatus for alternately seating a user and supporting loads on the user's back includes a seat frame mounted on a main frame. The seat frame may be folded against the main frame, placed in a seat position, or placed in a pack position. A seat made of flexible material is attached to the main frame and a distal portion of the seat frame relative to the main frame. When the seat frame is in the seat position, the seat may be sat on. When the seat frame is in the pack position, a load may be supported on the seat. A harness mounts the main frame to the user's back when the seat frame is in the pack position. A support leg assembly selectively supports the main frame when the seat frame is in the seat position.
PORTABLE FURNTITURE SYSTEM
A portable furniture system includes a first panel having a horizontally oriented slot and a second panel removably extending through the slot. The horizontally oriented slot has a top edge and a bottom edge, wherein the top edge is horizontally offset from the bottom edge and wherein a bottom portion of the first panel forms at least one front leg. A first portion of the second panel on a rear side of the horizontally oriented slot forms at least one rear leg. The second portion of the second panel on a front side of the horizontally oriented slot forms a resting surface.
THRU JOINT FOR CONFIGURABLE BACKPACK FRAME CHAIR
A multi-functional backpack frame system that has a backpack frame configuration and a portable chair configuration. The backpack frame system includes: a first U-shaped subframe with an open end constructed by a pair of upright members connected to a cross member, a second tubular generally U-shaped subframe with an open end constructed by a pair of upright members connected to a cross member, a pair of subframes that can be mechanically fastened such that both are nested to be coplanar in a fixed relation as the backpack configuration, a pair of subframes that can be mechanically fastened such that the planes of each subframe are generally normal with a flexible seat cover as the chair configuration. The conversion into the chair configuration relies on a minimalist, self-intersecting tubular joint method, referred to as a thru joint that does not require additional parts, fasteners, or tools necessary for its use.
Portable one-person hanging blind
A portable, one-person hanging blind comprising a tree support for attachment to a portion of a tree, an upper portion supported by the tree support, a chair suspended beneath the upper portion, and a camouflage shroud for concealing a user seated on the chair, the blind being convertible between a disassembled, compact configuration and an assembled, extended configuration, and wherein the blind is roughly cylindrical and sized to accommodate a single user, and wherein the blind is configured and adapted to be rotated by user seated on the seat.
Backpack
An article of manufacture comprises a container portion, a seat portion, and a frame portion. The seat portion is coupled to the container portion and is movable between a first stowed configuration and a first deployed configuration. The frame portion is coupled to the container portion and is movable between a second stowed configuration and a second deployed configuration.
Backpack frame convertible to folding chair
A reconfigurable backpack frame is proposed that may be easily converted into a folding chair when desired. The frame includes a first support member that converts between functioning as a vertical support element (when used as a backpack frame) and a weight-bearing seat (when used as a folding chair). A second support member converts between a horizontal weight-bearing shelf and a chair backrest, using a hinge for this conversion. Additional frame elements convert between being used as structural frame support (and pack attachment) and as chair legs. A pair of frame elements used as front chair legs may include a telescoping mechanism.
