CHILD SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM
A portable child safety restraint system is provided. The portable child safety restraint system includes a child safety seating system and a backpack. The child safety seating system includes a seat bottom that is connected to a seat back such that the seat bottom is rotatable from an open position to a closed position. The child safety seating system is entirely removable from the backpack or permanently secured to or within at least one enclosure of the backpack. A method of securing a child in a portable child safety restraint system is also provided.
Backpack With Inflatable Element And Fastening Elements
A backpack with an inflatable element, designed to facilitate comfort during transport. One of the aims of the backpack is to allow objects and/or elements to be placed therein. The backpack also has an integrated inflatable element that acts as a seat for a child, wherein the child sits on said element, on the shoulders of the user of the backpack. In addition, the backpack has a pair of harnesses that can be removed from straps, used to securely surround the legs and/or ankles of the child. When the backpack is placed in front of the user's torso, the inflatable element also allows the user to rest his/her head and, at the same time, the user can rest his/her arms by placing them in a hollow structure located at the front of the backpack, preferably as part of the configuration of an exterior bag.
RUCKSACK FRAME
A frame for a rucksack that is convertible into a support for a person such as a chair or bed. Also, a rucksack including such a frame. A convertible frame for a rucksack comprises two main frame members connected together by a pair of extendable connectors; at least two leg members connected or connectable to the main frame members; and a flexible support attached or attachable to the main frame members to extend between the main frame members, the frame being convertible between a first configuration, in which the main frame members have a first distance between them, and a second configuration, in which the frame forms a support for a person and the main frame members have a second distance between them. Also, a rucksack comprising such a frame, a bag, a rear cover and shoulder straps.
Backpack
A backpack includes a support portion adapted to be supported on shoulders of a wearer and a bag portion having at least one compartment for storing one or more articles. The bag portion is pivotally coupled to the support portion and adapted to pivot between a first position and a second position relative to the support portion. In the first position, the bag portion is disposed along the support portion and abuts the support portion and, in the second position, the bag portion is disposed substantially perpendicular to the support portion and provides a seat for facilitating a seating of a child.
Backpack
A hard-sided backpack is provided having shoulder straps allowing the backpack to be carried on both shoulders of a user. The hard-sided backpack may have multiple features to enhance versatility and operation, including an insulated liner for operation as a cooler, a speaker to provide entertainment, a rigid cover for use as a seat, and the like.
COMBINATION MULTI-USE BACKPACK AND CHILD CARRIER
A child carry system includes a bag structure having a first shoulder strap, a second shoulder strap, and a removably attachable pouch. The removably attachable pouch has a saddle panel that is coupleable to the bag structure. The saddle panel is coupled to, and contained in, the pouch and may be extendable and coupled to the first and second shoulder straps. When the saddle panel is extended and secured, a child may be placed on the saddle panel. A user may not only carry the child in the saddle panel but may also carry numerous accessories in the bag structure.
Method and Apparatus for Deterring Unauthorized Mounting of a Motorcycle.
An apparatus for providing a motorcycle straddle deterrence, said apparatus comprising: a back-pack of foldable material with a back surface, a front surface, one side, another side, a slit on each side, a bottom surface, a top surface with a draw-string opening for accessing at least one compartment, and at least one over-the-shoulder strap disposed on the back surface; the back-pack with the draw-string drawn configured to be folded-in such that the one side and the other side unite to be secured in place by a side-release buckle, wherein the backpack is compact or cylindrical in shape while worn by an operating motorcyclist; said back-pack with the draw-string un-drawn and un-buckled configured to fold out and said back-pack back surface to rest on a top surface of a seat of the motorcycle, wherein the folded-out back-pack covers at least a partial surface of the seat of the motorcycle; a first strap affixed securely to a first side of the motorcycle and said first strap terminating with a hook and a second strap affixed securely to a second side of the seat of the motorcycle and said second strap terminating with a buckle; each of the first strap and second strap inserted through each of the slits disposed on each of the sides of the back-pack gaining access into the at least one compartment of the back-pack and the hook of the first strap hooked into the buckle of the second strap from access through the un-drawn top opening of the back-pack; and draw the top portion of the back-pack closed and lock the top portion closed securing the back-pack housing the helmet on the seat of the motorcycle in an unattended state and deterring unauthorized mounting of the motorcycle and restricting access into the compartment for access to at least one of the helmet and/or buckles for un-buckling the straps and removing the back-pack from the seat of the motorcycle by anyone unauthorized.
BACKPACK SEAT
A backpack seat configured for allowing a user to sit in a chair like device while wearing the backpack. The backpack seat includes a tethering system configured for attaching to a backpack. The tethering system includes a plurality of straps that are can be adjustable and configured to attach to a variety of backpacks. A seat is attached to the bottom of the tethering system. At least one receiving cup is attached to the tethering system. The receiving cups are configured for receiving a first support rod and a second support rod. The backpack seat allows a user wearing a backpack to comfortable sit in the seat with the support from the support rods inserted into the receiving cups.
Portable workstation
A portable workstation is an apparatus that provides a work seat, surface, and convenient resources for desk work. The apparatus is also configured to collapse for ease of transport. The apparatus includes a chair frame, a pack, a backing, a first telescoping table panel, a second telescoping table panel, a first shoulder strap, and a second shoulder strap. The chair frame provides support for the user. The pack can be utilized to store a laptop, chargers, paper, writing implements, and other items. The backing serves as protection for the collapsing components in the closed configuration. The first telescoping table panel and the second telescoping table panel extend into operative and resting positions relative to each other. The first shoulder strap works in conjunction with the second shoulder strap to provide a mechanism for the user to conveniently carry the apparatus.
