A filtering element for treating the fluid is housed at least partially in the chamber, in particular the filtering element includes at least one magnetic element The filter includes a shut-off element having an outer wall provided with a channel and an opening, the shut-off element being housed in the first body in such a way that it can rotate about a longitudinal axis in the first body and alternately switch from a first position to a second position.
Multi-functional multi-layer hollow fiber membrane containing embedded magnetic particles
This invention relates to a dual-layer, multifunctional hollow fiber membrane having at least two layers that perform two respective functions: 1) a layer that performs a separative function separating a solvent such as a liquid or gas from its solute species; and 2) a layer that performs the function of generating a magnetic field. The layer generating the magnetic field preferably has magnetic nano or micro particles embedded therein to attract, capture and/or position paramagnetic draw solute particles to maximize their osmotic effect.
METHOD OF EXTRACTING WATER FROM SLUDGE USING MAGNETIC TREATMENT
A method of extracting water from sludge, wherein the sludge includes a magnetic ballast, wherein the sludge is positioned on an interface. It includes applying a magnetic treatment to the magnetically-ballasted sludge to extract water from the sludge.
Filter for Treating a Fluid in a Pipe, in Particular a Pipe of a Water Network, and Operating Method Thereof
A filter for treating a fluid in a piping, in particular a piping included in a water supply network, includes: a main body having at least one internal chamber and a filtering element for treating the fluid, the filtering element having at least one magnetic element housed at least partially in the chamber and adapted to intercept and trap the ferrous impurities that are present in the fluid to be treated. At least one magnetic detector is associated with the main body for detecting the magnetic field generated by the at least one magnetic element. A control unit is associated with the at least one magnetic detector, the control unit being adapted to process the magnetic field information received from the at least one magnetic detector and to provide an indication about the quantity of impurities that have accumulated on the filtering element.
MAGNETIC NANO COMPOSITE MATERIAL BASED ON TWO-DIMENSIONAL LAYERED MATERIAL MAGADIITE, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A magnetic nano composite material based on two-dimensional layered material magadiite, and a preparation method and an application thereof are provided. A co-precipitation method is used for one-step synthesis of the magnetic nano composite material based on the two-dimensional layered material magadiite. In the synthesized composite material, ferroferric oxide is uniformly supported on an interlayer and a surface of the magadiite. The composite material is applied for removing organic dyes in water pollution.
System and Method for Creating and Collecting Magnetic Microplastics
A system and method for creating and collecting magnetic microplastics effectively combines magnetic material with plastics during their manufacture, thereby producing microplastics that can be easily collected via removal devices equipped with magnetic components. Magnetic particles are mixed with plastic/rubber resins during manufacturing of tires, roofing materials, and other plastic items. The magnetic particles can be made from natural or artificial magnets. After mixing, the partially-magnetic rubber/plastic result can be applied to areas of the manufactured plastic item that have the highest propensity to degrade into microplastic pollutants. For example, the thread of a tire, where friction with the road causes most of the wear, is an optimal location for integration of magnetic particles. When the plastics break down into microplastics, the microplastics can then be collected with magnets. The collected microplastics can then be removed from the magnetic collectors during routine maintenance and subsequently recycled safely.
RAKE-FREE THICKENING DEVICE INCLUDING DRIVING AREA
Disclosed is a rake-free thickening device including driving area. The device includes a feed assembly, a diversion assembly and a clean coal collection assembly. The clean coal collection assembly includes a driving area. The diversion assembly includes a central tank. Slime water passes through the feed assembly and flows with a medicament from an upper part of the central tank to a middle of the central tank, and then diffuses around. Bubbles carry the fine slime up after reacting. The driving zone drives the dispersed bubbles to a defoaming zone located in the middle of the central tank. The slime water in the central tank flows through the central tank after defoaming. With the continuously filling of slime water, the slime water above the central tank overflows the central tank to the clean coal collection assembly within the diversion and settlement area.
MULTI-STAGE SEDIMENTATION RAKE-FREE THICKENING DEVICE
Disclosed is a multi-stage sedimentation rake-free thickening device. The device includes a central tank. A diversion sedimentation zone is arranged on the outside of the center tank. The diversion sedimentation zone includes an annular diversion sedimentation screen and a concentrated magnetic shower. The annular diversion sedimentation screen includes an annular groove spirally arranged around a central groove body. The annular groove is sequentially arranged with second spoiler baffles along the length direction. The lower bottom plate of the annular groove is also provided with second underflow discharge port. Multiple second inclined plate diversion discharge pipe is arranged under the corresponding second underflow discharge ports. The outlets of all the second inclined plate guide discharge pipes are collected to the second underflow discharge pipe, and the settled water is discharged from the second overflow discharge pipe arranged at the end of the annular groove.
