Line cutters that may be incorporated into other items, such as garments or paddles. A garment that incorporates a line-cutting trim component allows a wearer to easily cut line or cord while fishing or engaging in other activities. The trim component includes a housing with an opening, and a line cutter partially extending into the opening. The trim component can be secured to the garment using a rivet, or sewn onto the garment. In another example, a paddle may incorporate a line cutter as part of a spring clip used to secure together the tubes of a multi-piece paddle.

A combination glove and phone mount assembly for mounting a personal electronic device to a user's hand includes a glove that is wearable on a user's hand. A track is coupled to and extends partially around the glove. A receiver slidably engages the track thereby facilitating the receiver to be slid substantially around the glove. A mount is removably attachable to the receiver and the mount releasably engages a personal electronic device. In this way the mount retains the personal electronic device on the glove to facilitate hands free use of the personal electronic device.

A lace adjuster for selectively adjusting and securing a shoelace of a shoe, the shoelace including a first lace end and a second lace end, includes an adjuster body, and a lace end retainer. The lace end retainer is coupled to the adjuster body. The lace end retainer is configured to receive and retain the first lace end and/or the second lace end between the lace end retainer and a surface of the adjuster body. The first lace end and/or the second lace end of the shoelace is thus inhibited from being moved relative to the lace end retainer and the adjuster body when retained by the lace end retainer by a force generated by a contact pressure of the lace end retainer against the surface of the adjuster body. The lace end retainer can be formed from a resilient material.

A securement apparatus for a portable electronic device including a body having a panel and a plurality of elastomeric retainers secured to and extending from the panel. Each retainer forming a loop defining an opening, the openings adapted to receive therein a corner of a handheld electronic device. A tether is connected to and extending from the body. A strap is secured to the tether. An attachment device is operably connected to the strap to secure the apparatus to a member.

An attachment slot includes a layer of flexible material and a cut formed within the layer of flexible material. The cut includes a first cut end, a second cut end, a first segment, a second segment, and a third segment. The first segment extends from the first cut end to the third segment and has a first curvature defined by a first radius of curvature at a first intersection between the first segment and the third segment. The second segment extends from the second cut end to the third segment and has a second curvature defined by a second radius of curvature at a second intersection between the second segment and the third segment. The third segment has a third segment length that extends from the first intersection to the second intersection.

A securement apparatus for a portable electronic device including a body having a panel and a plurality of elastomeric retainers secured to and extending from the panel. A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The portable power case has at least two access ports, at least two leads, or at least one access port and at least one lead and at least one USB port. The portable power case is operable to supply power to an amplifier, a radio, a wearable battery, a mobile phone, and a tablet. The portable power case is operable to be charged using solar panels, vehicle batteries, AC adapters, non-rechargeable batteries, and generators. The portable power case provides for modularity that allows the user to disassemble and selectively remove the batteries installed within the portable power case housing.
