Hat Holder
Disclosed is a hat holding including a first strap having a first end and a second end, a second strap having a first end and a second end, the second strap joined to the first strap, a first ferromagnetic member disposed at the first end of the first strap, a second ferromagnetic member disposed the first end of the second strap, and a hook coupled to the first strap. The first strap and the second strap are configured to be separably joined at their respective first ends by a magnetic attraction between the first ferromagnetic member and the second ferromagnetic member.
CLIP ASSEMBLY
A clip assembly has a first retaining member removably securable to a wearable article. The first retaining member has a top part, and first and second ends tensioned towards each other, the top part and ends defining a downward facing opening for removably securing the clip assembly to the wearable article. A second retaining member is coupled to the first retaining member for removably retaining a first item while not in use. The second retaining member includes a base and at least one arm extending upwardly therefrom, the base and arm defining a first upward facing opening for receiving the first item. A third retaining member removably retains a second item while not in use. The third retaining member, coupled to the second retaining member, has proximal and distal portions with respect to the second retaining member which define a second upward facing opening for receiving the second item.

Tether clip
A tether clip comprises first and second clip portions and a connector. The first clip portion has a first intermediate portion interconnecting a first clamping end and a first connector end, and the second clip portion has a second intermediate portion interconnecting a second clamping end and a second connector end. The first and second intermediate portions are pivotally connected. The connector is positioned between the first and second connector ends and is configured and arranged to connect to a tether. When a force is exerted upon the connector, the connector moves relative to the first and second clip portions, and when the connector moves in a direction toward distal ends of the first and second connector ends, the first and second connector ends move apart and the first and second clamping ends move toward each other to increase a clamping force by the first and second clamping ends.

Accessory fastening devices and methods
An accessory fastening device can include a first clamping member having a first clamping surface, a second clamping member having a second clamping surface that faces the first clamping surface, and a locking arm that is rotatable between an unlocked state and a locked state. Rotation of the locking arm to transition the locking arm from the unlocked state to the locked state causes the second clamping surface of the second clamping member to advance toward the first clamping surface of the first clamping member.

Hat attachment clip
A hat attachment clip includes a front portion having first and second clip members, each having opposed proximal and distal ends. A first bridge member couples proximal ends of the first and second clip members together, respectively. The first and second clip members define an open space therebetween proximate the first bridge member. The distal ends of the first and second clip members are biased toward one another. The hat attachment clip includes a rear portion releasably and rotatably coupled to the front portion having third and fourth clip members, each having opposed proximal and distal ends. A second bridge member couples proximal ends of the first and second clip members together, respectively. The third and fourth clip members define an open space therebetween proximate the second bridge member. The distal ends of the third and fourth clip members are biased toward one another.
