Multi-Functional Integrated Skin Beauty Device
A multi-functional integrated skin beauty device according to the present invention is formed by comprising a mist treatment part generating sterilization water by electrolyzing water in a water tank and spraying the generated sterilization water in a mist shape, a temperature stimulation treatment part applying a temperature stimulation to skin, an EP treatment part applying an electric signal to an EP electrode; and a light treatment part outputting a light for skin care. A housing forming an exterior appearance of the multi-functional integrated skin beauty device includes a pillar-type handle part graspable by a user with one hand, and a first head part and a second head part protruded from an upper end of the handle part toward both lateral surfaces.
Ultrafine bubble generating method, ultrafine bubble generating apparatus, and ultrafine bubble-containing liquid
Provided is an UFB generating apparatus and an UFB generating method capable of efficiently generating an UFB-containing liquid with high purity. The ultrafine bubble generating apparatus includes a generating unit that generates ultrafine bubbles in a liquid and a post-processing unit that performs predetermined post-processing on the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid generated by the generating unit. The generating unit generates the ultrafine bubbles by causing a heating element, which is provided in the liquid on which the pre-processing is performed, to generate heat to generate film boiling on an interface between the liquid and the heating element.
Sensor and method of sensing for dialysis machine
A dialysis machine useful in hemodialysis can process or treat a reverse osmosis water flow received through the machine to prepare a dialysate. The machine can include an additive source to introduce an additive, such as bicarbonate, to the reverse osmosis water flow. The machine can include a sensor in fluid communication with the additive introduction point that can measure the conductivity or similar characteristic of the solution. During a first time period when additive is actively introduced to the reverse osmosis water flow, the sensor can measure a relatively high conductivity value. During a second time period when additive is not introduced to the reverse osmosis water flow, the sensor can measure a relatively low conductivity value. The dialysis machine can include a controller that processes these measurements to assist control and operation of the machine.
The Production of Highly Ionized Alkaline Water Using a Combination of Reducing Metals and Reductive Minerals
Methods and systems are provided for producing ionized alkaline solutions (e.g. ionized alkaline water) that exhibit long-term stability when stored at room temperature.
Portable multimode reverse osmosis water purification system
A water purification system is disclosed which, includes a reverse osmosis (RO) system or component that is connectable to a city or other outside water feed that is capable of responding to and compensating for low or no feed water pressure coming into the RO system to ensure the outgoing supply of purified water is provided consistently and at a minimum water pressure. This can be accomplished without the need for communication with another device or system-wide facility, such as a hospital, or a pharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing system, requiring a constant water supply.
Process for generating oxygenated water
A method for increasing the quantity of dissolved oxygen in water includes addition of an oxidant to the water to increase the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of the water to between about 400 and 850 mV, followed by electrolysis to generate oxygen gas. The voltage applied to the electrolytic cells during electrolysis is less than 300 mV. The dissolved oxygen content of the water exiting the electrolytic cell is about 90% of saturation to super saturation.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PERITONEAL DIALYSIS HAVING POINT OF USE DIALYSIS FLUID PREPARATION INCLUDING MIXING AND HEATING THEREFORE
A peritoneal dialysis system includes a cycler including a pump actuator, a heater and a heating pan operable with the heater, and a disposable set operable with the cycler. The heating pan includes a sidewall forming a slot. The disposable set includes a pumping cassette and a heater/mixing container. The pumping cassette includes a pump chamber configured to be actuated by the pump actuator. Additionally, the heater/mixing container is in fluid communication with the pumping cassette and is sized to be received at the heating pan. The heater/mixing container includes a port configured such that when the port is slid into the slot of the heater pan sidewall, the port is prevented from rotating about an axis transverse to a direction of flow through the port.
METHOD FOR MAKING A GAS FROM WATER, PRODUCT OF THE METHOD, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
A method for producing a purified, stable, dioxytetrahydride compressible gas from water. The gas is suitable for a variety of uses and may also be infused into water which itself is useful for a variety of purposes.
Device and method for administering oral disinfecting solutions and other medicaments
Embodiments of the present invention feature devices and methods for administering medicaments to subjects and, in particular, molecular iodine to animals in drinking water for the treatment of oral bad breath and disease. An exemplary device comprises a source of medicament in a fluid, measuring means, an administration switch and a water reservoir means. The measuring means is in fluid communication with said source of medicament for measuring an aliquot of medicament corresponding to a dose for the treatment of a disease. The measuring means is also in communication with a water reservoir means and releases the aliquot into the water reservoir means upon signal activation. The administration switch means is in signal communication with the measuring means and upon activation by a subject produces an activation signal received by the measuring means. The water reservoir means is for receiving the aliquot and forming an aqueous solution of medicament.
