An outer case for covering a handheld electronic device or handheld electronic device case includes a base, a lid, and a collar. The lid is pivotably attached to the base. The collar is attached to the base and is moveable away from the lid such that the lid rotates away from the base during movement of the collar away from the lid.

The present invention is a magnetic organizer system comprised of a plurality of compartments or pockets that are designed to hold a person's items such as tablets, notebooks, phones, beverages, and writing utensils. The present invention further comprises a magnet which allows the present invention to be attached to magnetic surfaces such as gym equipment, automobiles, refrigerators, and metal walls or roofs. In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The wearable pouch includes a main body with a front side, a back side opposite the front side, at least one sealable opening, and at least one opening for at least one lead from the at least one portable battery pack secured within the wearable pouch.
