The loop including means to expand the opening to receive the cell-phone containing pocket. The loop can also include a material to grab the pocket to keep it in the loop if the phone should be removed. The device can also be in kit form using a stopper to keep the phone in the pocket after the pocket is received by the stretchable loop. A method of using the device is also disclosed.
