ELECTRONIC DEVICE SUPPORTING BELT ATTACHMENT AND SYSTEM
The present invention is directed to a device, system and method of attaching an electronic device to a belt, and to a belt having an attached electronic device, that will sit away from the user's body when in use and will be held close to the user's body when not in use. The various embodiments of the present invention also enable the easy transition of the electronic device from the in-use position to the stored position and vice versa. One embodiment of the present invention utilizes two belt clips and a gooseneck electronic device holder to achieve these goals.
ATTACHMENT FOR A MOBILE PHONE CASE
The present invention relates to an attachment for a phone case that would enable a user of the mobile phone to easily navigate through different portions of the screen, while holding the mobile phone in his/her palm, and enable changing the orientation of the mobile phone relative to a flat surface. The attachment includes an attaching member, a gripping member, a moving arm, a first pin, and a second pin. The attaching member attaches the attachment to the mobile phone case. The moving arm is rotatable about the first pin, and the gripping member is rotatable about the second pin. The mobile phone case includes a protecting base, a side support, openings. The base may be configured to include one or more slots and/or openings for enabling the attachment to attach thereon.
Swivel Phone Holder
The Swivel Phone Holder provides users with a head-mounted phone holder by placing the cellular device directly in front of a user's face. This ensures their head and neck remain in an upright position. The headband comfortably locks down around the base of the head, and can be easily adjusted to change the distance and positioning of the connected device through the bendable arm and sliding clip to ensure the phone is securely placed in a comfortable position at all times. The disclosed invention allows the device to swivel and move, thus giving users the ability to multitask and perform other tasks hands-free. The disclosed invention ensures users are able to use their phones while keeping their head and neck in a more natural position to allow for a safer and more convenient phone using experience.
Article Holding Device
An article holding device for self-defense weapons and personal items includes a strap, which defines a loop. A head and a first shoulder of a user are insertably into the loop so that the strap rests on a second shoulder of the user, with the strap extending transversely from the second shoulder to proximate to an opposed hip of the user. A plurality of pouches is engaged to the strap. A respective item, such as a phone, keys, or an aerosol self-defense spray cannister, is insertable into each pouch so that the item is removably engaged to the strap. A sheath is engaged to the strap. An elongated self-defense weapon, such as a baton, is insertable into an open end of the sheath so that the elongated self-defense weapon is removably engaged to the strap.
Portable electronic device case with thermal vents
A case for a portable electronic device (PED) is disclosed. The case includes a body having an interior surface configured to accept a PED and an exterior surface to be exposed to outside forces. A back vent that permits the transfer heat away from the PED and to the environment presents through the body of the case. A cushioning member is placed at or near the back vent on the interior surface of the case and may substantially or completely surround the back vent. When a PED is placed within the case, the fit of the PED and the case causes the cushioning member to press against the PED in order to create a cushion for the PED in the event of an outside force being applied to the case. The case may include a screen protector within a frame that attaches to the body.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING AN ARTICLE
Modular mounting systems for supportably engagement of one or more devices. The systems may include corresponding attachment members and carrier members for selective supportive engagement of one or more devices relative to a base. The attachment members and carrier members may be magnetically engageable. Various form factors for devices, base members, carrier members, attachment members, and other portions of the system are described.
Mobile phone holder for appendage and method of use
A mobile phone holder that mounts a mobile phone on an appendage such as a limb of a user, an arm of a chair, and the like is disclosed. The mobile phone holder comprises of a cradle having a first arm and a second arm; an elongated member; and a supporter having a first curved member and a second curved member.
HOLSTER
A holster for a communications device comprises a backing having a first longitudinal edge, an opposite second longitudinal edge, a first lateral edge, and an opposing second lateral edge. A pouch is coupled to the backing and has an interior surface. A first ring assembly and a second ring assembly each lie in a plane parallel to the first and second lateral edges. A strap assembly is coupled to the backing and is selectively couplable with the pouch. The strap assembly is configured to selectively contract the pouch. The strap assembly includes a cord extending through an eyelet disposed centrally between the first ring assembly and the second ring assembly. A handle is coupled to the cord along a portion of the cord.
Gripping accessory for portable electronic devices, gripping accessory group, accessory assembly and method
A gripping accessory for a portable electronic device or for a case of a portable electronic device including a base body having an upper surface, a lower surface, and a side wall is provided. The side wall has a left housing and a right housing suitable for being grasped by a respective finger of a user's hand. A first magnetic element is joined to the base body near the lower surface and is suitable for generating a magnetic field to keep the lower surface stably coupled with the portable electronic device or case. A second magnetic element, different from the first magnetic element, is joined to the base body near the side wall or upper surface. The second magnetic element is suitable for generating a magnetic field suitable for coupling with an auxiliary accessory including magnetic or ferromagnetic material.
Apparatus with self-retracting elastomeric support band
Apparatus selectively attachable to the outer case of a cellular telephone or other similarly sized portable device. The apparatus desirably includes a housing containing an elastomeric band that is principally disposed inside the housing when the apparatus is not in use. When the apparatus of the invention is attached to the outer case of a cell phone, a portion of the elastomeric band is manually withdrawn through an opening in the housing and can be releasably latched in place to form a flexible, continuous loop outside the housing. The flexible, continuous loop can be used as a selectively retractable carrying strap when the cell phone or other similar device is not in use. Alternatively, the flexible continuous loop can be used, for example, to support the cell phone around a user's neck for hands-free use when the user is engaged in other activities.
