OZONE GENERATOR
An ozone generator for a hot tub, the ozone generator comprising an elongate body comprising an inlet and an outlet to define a flow path therealong and first and second electrodes spaced apart to define a gap therebetween, said gap being provided along the flow path. The ozone generator is configured to apply an electrical charge to the first and second electrodes, in use, to generate an electric arc discharge across the gap. The ozone generator further comprises a shielding arrangement configured to isolate the first and second electrodes from the electric arc discharge generated during use. By isolating the electrodes from the electric arc discharge, they are shielded from surface oxidation and subsequent corrosion caused by the electric arc discharge, thereby improving service life.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MODIFYING A SPRAYER BOTTLE INTO AN OZONATING SPRAYER BOTTLE AND FOR MAKING A WATER RESERVOIR INTO AN OZONATED WATER RESERVOIR
An apparatus that can be connected to a conventional sprayer bottle that permits the sprayer bottle to generate ozonated water to be used as a cleaning fluid. The apparatus includes an ozonator element coupled at one end of an electrical cable and an electrical connector coupled at the other end of the electrical cable. An aperture is formed in the sidewall of the bottle and the ozonator element, electrical cable and connector are passed through a top opening in the bottle portion. The electrical connector is then releasably secured within the aperture with the ozonator element being submerged in the water contained within the bottle. The dip tube of the spray head is then passed through the top opening and into the water in the bottle and the spray head is secured onto the bottle. Electrical energy is provided through the connector to the ozonator element to ozonate the water in the bottle for predetermined period of time after which the sprayer bottle contains ozonated water for cleaning. After another predetermined period of time, the ozonator element is energized again to ensure ozonated water is always available. A related apparatus can be connected between a feedpipe and a water reservoir for making the reservoir an ozonating water source.
Device for disinfecting water
A device is provided for disinfecting water of a swimming pool, which includes an inlet for water from the swimming pool and an outlet for the water, an ozonation device, and a mixing section for ozone-containing water, wherein the ozonation device includes at least one UV light source for generating ozone, and an admixing unit for admixing the ozone to the water of the inlet, and the mixing section comprises a housing connected to the inlet, wherein the UV light source is arranged within the housing to emit UV light into the housing interior. The housing has deflecting surfaces for water protruding into the housing interior, which ensure a meandering flow within the housing. The device enables improved disinfection and can be designed to be more space-saving and visually appealing than conventional devices.
Ozone injector device
An ozone injector device comprising a housing having a water passageway through the housing, a corona tube disposed within the housing and configured to generate ozone, an ozone inlet fitting removably coupled to the water passageway, the ozone inlet being in fluid communication with the corona tube via a corona discharge tube, and a spring-loaded clearing piston positioned to move into and out of the water passageway directly opposite the ozone inlet. The clearing piston is biased upwards, towards to the ozone inlet, and configured to prevent flow of ozone into the water passageway.
Method and device for sewage treatment
A device for sewage treatment comprises a treatment tank, a power and electric control unit, a gas supply and tail gas recovery unit and a circular reaction treatment unit; the treatment tank is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, a gas intake port and a tail gas exhaust port; the gas supply and tail gas recovery unit is communicated with the treatment tank through the gas intake port; the tail gas exhaust port is communicated with the gas supply and tail gas recovery unit; the circular reaction treatment unit comprises an external circulating device and a reaction treatment element arranged inside the treatment tank.
Portable water purification systems and method of assembling same
A portable liquid filtration device includes a GPS tracking unit, a portable housing, an inlet configured to receive non-potable water, and an ozone chamber positioned within the portable housing. The ozone chamber is configured to generate an ozone gas from received air. The device also includes a filtration duct positioned within the portable housing and downstream from the inlet. The filtration duct includes at least one oxidation chamber configured to mix the received water with the ozone gas, and at least one ultraviolet (UV) chamber downstream from the at least one oxidation chamber and including a UV lamp positioned adjacent the water within the filtration duct. The device further includes an outlet positioned on the portable housing and downstream from the filtration duct. The filtration duct is operable to output at least 150 liters per hour of the received water from the outlet as potable water.
Air scrubber system with pipe assembly for in-line mixing to create an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in water
An air scrubber system including a system for creating an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in water is disclosed. The system includes a pipe assembly for in-line mixing. The pipe assembly includes a first flow path for water to flow through. The first flow path includes one or more ozone intake ports that are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of an ozone supply unit. The pipe assembly further includes a second flow path fluidically coupled in parallel with the first flow path. The second flow path includes a control valve that selectively permits a portion of the water to flow through the second flow path to produce a negative pressure in the first flow path so that ozone is drawn into the first flow path through the one or more ozone intake ports and mixed into the water flowing through the first flow path.
WASHING SYSTEMS
A washing system includes a housing, a drain line, and a recirculation line. The housing receives, via a fluid inlet, fresh water during one or more wash cycles of a wash session. The drain line is coupled to the housing and includes a valve and is also configured to receive soiled water from the housing during the wash session. The recirculation line is coupled to and extends from the valve of the drain line and is configured to receive a portion of the soiled water via the valve.
