DEIONIZATION SYSTEM WITH HEAT MANAGEMENT
An electrochemical deionization system that maintains an operating temperature range of a solution stream (e.g., seawater or brackish water) flowing through the cells of the electrochemical deionization system. Maintaining the operating temperature range is targeted at prolonging the lifetime of the system and increasing the overall performance of the electrochemical deionization system.

The photovoltaic direct-driven group includes a photovoltaic power collection unit, a power storage unit, a direct-driven power monitoring unit, a voltage adjustment unit, and a membrane capacitive deionization water purification unit. The municipal power grid-connected group includes a grid-connected control unit, a grid busbar unit, and an intelligent detection unit.
Water electrolysis system
A water electrolysis system includes a water electrolytic stack, a water reservoir connected to the water electrolytic stack to supply water to the water electrolytic stack, a water circulation pump supplying the water in the water reservoir to the electrolytic stack; and a control unit configured to, during an operation stoppage of the electrolysis system, control the driving of the water circulation pump to convert the water in the electrolytic stack from an acidic condition to a neutral condition and to regulate a unit cell voltage of the electrolytic stack to a voltage such that an electrolysis reaction does not occur and a chemical state of an anode catalyst is stably maintained.
AUTOMATIC SEWAGE REGULATION SYSTEM AND REGULATING METHOD THEREOF
An automatic sewage regulation system and a regulating method are provided. The automatic sewage regulation system is disposed between preset sewage sources and a preset sewage treatment apparatus and includes an equalization tank and an automatic sewage regulating device. The automatic sewage regulating device includes sensing modules for sensing and transmitting water quality sensing values of sewage in the preset sewage sources to a control module which outputs regulating signals to water flow regulators, so that the water flow regulators can regulate flowing volumes of the sewage of the preset sewage sources according to the regulating signal, to keep a water quality sensing value of the sewage in the equalization tank within a preset range, thereby preventing the equalization tank from converging sewage having excessively-high or excessively-low water quality sensing value. As a result, burden of a preset sewage treatment apparatus can be reduced.
Ocean alkalinity system and method for capturing atmospheric carbon dioxide
An ocean alkalinity enhancement (OAE) system that reduces atmospheric CO.sub.2 and mitigates ocean acidification by electrochemically processing feedstock solution (e.g., seawater or brine) to generate an alkalinity product that is then supplied to the ocean. The OAE system includes a base-generating device and a control circuit disposed within a modular system housing deployed near a salt feedstock. The base-generating device (e.g., a bipolar electrodialysis (BPED) system) generates a base substance that is then used to generate the ocean alkalinity product. The control circuit controls the base-generating device such that the alkalinity product is supplied to the ocean only when (1) sufficient low/zero-carbon electricity is available, (2) it is safe to operate the base-generating device, and (3) supplying the alkalinity product will not endanger sea life. Modified BPED systems include features that facilitate autonomous system operations including enhanced maintenance cycle operations and a reduced reliance on external fresh water sources.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOVING SPECIFIC CONTAMINANTS FROM WATER IN A RECIRCULATING OR LINEAR TREATMENT SYSTEM
A method and apparatus for removing specific contaminants from an aqueous solution in a recirculating tank or linear treatment system is described. An aqueous solution is pumped into a reaction chamber. Measurements from the aqueous solution are collected, including one or more of Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Total Ammonia Nitrogen, pH, bacteria in the tank, and Oxidation Reduction Potential. In response to the measurements collected, one or more of pump speed, injection of pH precursors prior to the reaction chamber, reaction chamber electrode voltage, current, infusion rate of the chlorine, and contact time of the aqueous solution with the chlorine, are adjusted.
Water purification apparatus and a method for controlling at least one fluid property in a water purification apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a water purification apparatus that comprises a reverse osmosis device, RO-device, producing a purified water flow and to a corresponding method. The proposed method comprises detecting at least one fluid property of purified water in the purified water path and regulating a flow rate of water in the recirculation path to fulfill one or more predetermined criteria of the purified water in the purified water path, based on the at least one detected fluid property. The present disclosure also relates to a computer program and a computer program product implementing the method.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WATER PRODUCTION, TREATMENT, ADJUSTMENT AND STORAGE
This disclosure is related to systems and methods for water treatment, storage and customization, and more particularly, to systems and related methods for water production, sanitation, adjustment, maintenance, storage and dispensing of potable water to a user. The systems and methods described herein can provide several advantages including providing consistent high-quality water at point-of-use locations, thereby avoiding inconveniences of transport, unpredictable or wasteful supply chains and/or alleviate water needs at remote locations. Furthermore, the systems and methods described herein can offer a seamless digital consumer experience with high accuracy reporting of water production, storage, quality and personalization for the user.
Techniques for forecasting and/or preventing degradation and corrosion
This disclosure provides techniques for detecting and/or inhibiting corrosion of a distribution/recirculation network for a fluid, e.g., an aqueous matrix (liquid). For example, the disclosed techniques can be used to measure and/or predict degeneration of pipes, solder joints and various other plumbing fixtures in a water distribution network or heat transfer recirculation network caused as a function of variation in environmental parameters. In one embodiment, a system builds a database by measuring metal corrosion (e.g., from lead or copper pipe, solder joint or other type of plumbing vessel or fixture) and correlating degradation of a layer of protective scale and/or metal concentrations present with measured environmental parameters; later, as conditions vary, the database (or associated correlation weights/values) may be used to predict degradation of scale health and/or corrosion stemming from short and/or long term water conditions, and to effectuate advance mitigation.
Fluid flow control for water treatment systems
Disclosed are devices, systems and methods for operation and control of gravity-fed fluid flows in water and wastewater related systems. The disclosed flow control system uses gravity to provide a flow of a fluid from a fluid source and a motorized flow control device fluidically coupled to the fluid source to control a defined flow rate of the flow by changing a position of an internal volume of the flow control device through which the fluid flows relative to a fixed level of the fluid in the fluid source. The disclosed devices, systems and methods can be used in a wide variety of systems for environmental and low-energy demand applications such as, for example, a wastewater treatment system to control a flow of wastewater in the system.
