Mounting apparatus useable with instruments and mobile electronic devices are disclosed which may contain a base structure, an upper support structure and an intermediate member. The base structure may contain a lyre clip attachment plate configured to attach to a lyre clip, which may in turn be connected to a musical instrument such as a wind instrument. The upper support structure and the base structure may both be configured to be pinned in a fixed position along the intermediate member in a manner that can accommodate a significant variety of mobile electronic devices.

A handheld mount assembly for portable electronic device includes a pistol style grip and suction cup assembly. The mount assembly functions as a gripping device for handheld use, a hands free stand, and a recharging station. The mount can be secured anywhere on the back of the electronic device, making the angle adjustable for stand use, and also allowing the user to position the device differently to accommodate his/her own needs. The mount can power/charge the portable wireless device as well as wirelessly connect to it and integrate its operational controls to those three tactile controls of the mount assembly.

A tie strap includes an elongated flexible strap defining first and second opposed ends, a first surface and a second surface; a first fabric attachment pad secured to the first surface proximate the first end; a second fabric attachment pad secured to the first surface proximate the second end; a third fabric attachment pad secured to the second surface proximate the second end; and a fourth attachment pad secured to a personal item, the personal item being securable to the tie strap by passing the second end of the flexible strap on a first side of a belt or the like and pressing the fourth attachment pad against the second attachment pad and thereafter rotating the second end of the elongated strap and the personal item upwardly and thereafter folding the first end of the flexible strap upon the third fabric attachment pad and pressing the first attachment pad against the third attachment pad.

A power pad and a strip strap are disclosed. The power pad includes an array of batteries contained within a flexible, bendable housing. The housing in structured and configured to be draped over a user’s shoulder and to remain operational after a substantial number of flexing back and forth between curved and flat.

A multifunctional rotatable stand frame for a tablet electronic device comprises a seat; a bottom of the seat serving to connect a back side of the tablet electronic device; a disk positioned above an upper side of the seat and being rotatably installed to the seat; a center of the disk having a through hole; a fixing shaft installed on the seat and penetrating through the through hole of the disk; the upper side of the seat forming with a circular wall; the fixing shaft being located at a center of the circular wall; an inner side of the circular wall forming with a plurality of trenches; a buckling ring installed at a bottom side of the disk and surrounding an outside of the through hole; the buckling ring being engaged to an inner side of the circular wall.

A personal garment apparatus having a thin, light, shoulder harness like structure resembling a book bag. The harness is to be worn over the shoulders and includes pockets protruding from users chest and a mechanical cellphone holder with a tilt function located respectfully under users ear providing user ability to talk on cellphone without holding. Other embodiments are described and shown.

A two-piece mobile device holder having a case assembly and a mounting assembly is disclosed. The case assembly is configured to receive and secure a mobile device such as a smart phone. The mounting assembly is configured to be detachably coupled to other objects. Sets of permanent magnets are arranged in a circular pattern in the case assembly and the mounting assembly. The magnets in both the first and second set of magnets are arranged with alternating magnetic polarity. As the case assembly is placed on top of the mounting assembly, the magnets in the mounting assembly will attract magnets with opposite polarities in the case assembly. A user may detach the case assembly from the mounting assembly by rotating the case assembly such that the magnets in the case assembly are now adjacent to magnets in the mounting assembly of the same polarity.

A holding clip apparatus is provided for attaching a mobile electronic device to a tray table of a commercial vehicle, such as a train or airliner. A tray table attachment section of the holding clip apparatus includes an upper support member and a lower support member each extending outwardly in a horizontal direction from a rear support wall. A mobile device holding section of the holding clip apparatus includes a front support wall and a rear support wall extending upwardly from a base portion having a bottom surface. Attachment portions may be provided connecting the tray table attachment section and the mobile device holding section. A mobile device angle adjustment section may be provided that allows the mobile device holding section to rotate to adjust the viewing angle of a mobile device held thereto.

An apparatus that facilitates one-handed use of a mobile device has a finger brace coupled a plurality of flexible lengths. At least one of the flexible lengths is coupled to an intermediate point of the finger brace. Each of the flexible lengths is coupled to the mobile device at its rear-facing back. At least two of the flexible lengths are coupled at opposed ends of the rear-facing back. The length of the flexible lengths and where they are coupled to the brace and mobile device are such that two fingers of the user's hand can press against the finger brace on opposed sides of the intermediate point to brace the mobile device when the two fingers are between the finger brace and the mobile device.

The present teachings relate a platform that may fit over a user's thigh to hold in at least one predetermined position a personal electronic device. The platform may include at least one speaker and recharging unit. The platform may also include a mechanism to generally maintain the platform in its operative position, such as on a thigh of a user.
