The caddy can include a lower reservoir portion hingedly connected to an upper sleeve portion by a hinge. The sleeve loosely engages the oversized brim of the reservoir to form a peripheral drainage gap between the outer surface of the sleeve and the reservoir brim to trap liquids dripping over the outer surface of the sleeve. A releasable lock allows the reservoir to disengage from the sleeve, swing about the hinge and drain the liquid contents of the reservoir.

The assembly, in an exemplary embodiment, can include a retaining tab made of a plurality of generally flat first retaining element and generally flat second retaining element.

When the halves of the snap fastener are engaged and the first and second halves of the hook and loop fastener are engaged, the hook and loop fastener in the security portions is orientated in a sheer direction with respect to a release direction of the snap fastener.
