An aperture that is positioned in a top of the pouch is configured to allow access to the pouch. A closure that is coupled to the pouch proximate to the aperture is positioned to selectively sealably close the aperture. A reel fitted with a line is coupled to the fishing rod, which comprises a plurality of sections that are selectively interconnectable so that the fishing rod is collapsible to stow in the pouch, positioning the user for impromptu fishing.

A duty belt and dress belt retainer clip system has a duty belt clip that attaches to the duty belt and has a magnet for engaging a magnet engagement portion on a dress belt clip. Dress belt clips are positioned around a dress belt with the magnet engagement portions facing outward and corresponding duty belt clips are positioned around a duty belt with the magnets facing the magnet engagement portions. The magnet engagement portion has trap walls that surround a magnet engagement wall. The trap walls prevent the magnet from sliding off of the magnet engagement portion. The duty belt clips include a duty belt retention clip that pivots between a locked position that captures the duty belt and an unlocked position that allows removal from the duty belt. Optional fasteners extend through the dress belt to affix the dress belt to the dress belt clips.

In some embodiments, the handle includes: a handle body, a locating portion is provided on the handle body; and a handle clamp, the handle clamp including a first clamping arm, a second clamping arm and a connecting portion, the connecting portion is provided between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm, and the first clamping arm is movably provided on the handle body and enables the handle clamp with a retraction position and an extension position. Some embodiments solve the problems in the prior art that a handle is prone to slide off from a pocket due to a bad fit between the handle and the pocket and the handle is not prone to be hidden in the pocket when the handle is clamped in the pocket.
