A waist wearable fishing kit enabling impromptu fishing includes a strap and a fishing rod. A first and a second coupler, which are complementary, are coupled to a first and a second end of the strap, respectively. The strap is configured to loopedly position around a waist of a user, positioning the second coupler to couple to the first coupler. A pouch, which is water-impermeable, is coupled to the strap. An aperture that is positioned in a top of the pouch is configured to allow access to the pouch. A closure that is coupled to the pouch proximate to the aperture is positioned to selectively sealably close the aperture. A reel fitted with a line is coupled to the fishing rod, which comprises a plurality of sections that are selectively interconnectable so that the fishing rod is collapsible to stow in the pouch, positioning the user for impromptu fishing.

A smart belt system worn by a person comprising an elongated belt configured for removably coupling a plurality of devices, a GPS component coupled to the belt configured to track the geo-location and movement of the belt, a microprocessor coupled to the belt, logic instructions executing by the microprocessor configured to monitor and regulate the activities of the plurality of devices and geo-location and movement data generated by the GPS component, a memory component configured for storing the logic instructions and accessible by the microprocessor, a wireless data communications system coupled to the belt configured to wirelessly communicate with an external data communications system and the microprocessor, a power and data bus disposed within the belt and communicatively coupled to at least one of the plurality of devices, GPS component, microprocessor, memory, wireless data communications systems, and data storage component; and a data storage component coupled to the belt and accessible by the microprocessor for storing activity data of at least one of the plurality of devices and the geo-location and movement data of the belt generated by the GPS component.

An external or internal artwork tube pocket that allows a child to carry artwork on a backpack or other carrying accessory without damage. The invention typically includes a tubular pocket that is open on the top and closed on the bottom. This tube can hold rolled-up sheets of artwork or other paper or thin cardboard. The tube is adapted to be attached to the backpack or accessory. The tube can have a fixed or removable bottom and an optional removable top. A preferred embodiment includes a substantially cylindrical artwork pocket attached vertically to the side of the backpack.

A dual-ended cup based lumber carrier has oppositely disposed cups for receiving an end of elongated pieces of lumber or other materials between the cups. The cups are removably attached to one another at a varying length by way of a strap which extends to/around the cups. A transverse strap is attached to the afore-described strap. Removable connectors allow the transverse strap to extend around and hold the lumber together. The combination of cups and straps bundles the lumber and a carrying strap can be connected thereto allowing for easier and safer transport of the lumber compared to carrying without the devices disclosed herein.

A test tube holder assembly for storing test tubes and gauze pads includes a wrist band that is wearable around a user's wrist. The wrist band is matable to itself thereby forming a closed loop of an adjustable diameter thereby facilitating the wrist band to accommodate a variety of sizes of user's wrists. A plurality of test tube holders is each disposed on the wrist band thereby facilitating each of the test tube holders to insertably receive a respective one of a plurality of test tubes for temporarily storing the test tubes. An elastomeric strap is coupled to the wrist band thereby facilitating the elastomeric strap to be stretched over gauze pads for temporarily storing the gauze pads.

An accessory container and replaceable cover system having a container comprising an inside surface and an outside surface, wherein the inside surface defines a cavity configured to retain at least a portion of an accessory; a cover adapted to be selectively attached to and fit about at least a portion of the outside surface of the container, and one or more apertures formed in the cover so as to provide at least one aligned, overlapping aperture when the cover is positioned about the container; an attachment element adapted to be selectively connected to the container; and a fastener, wherein the fastener passes through the at least one aligned, overlapping aperture in the cover and at least one aligned aperture in the attachment element, and wherein the fastener releasably holds the cover on the container and releasably holds the attachment element on the container.

A duty belt and dress belt retainer clip system has a duty belt clip that attaches to the duty belt and has a magnet for engaging a magnet engagement portion on a dress belt clip. Dress belt clips are positioned around a dress belt with the magnet engagement portions facing outward and corresponding duty belt clips are positioned around a duty belt with the magnets facing the magnet engagement portions. The magnet engagement portion has trap walls that surround a magnet engagement wall. The trap walls prevent the magnet from sliding off of the magnet engagement portion. The duty belt clips include a duty belt retention clip that pivots between a locked position that captures the duty belt and an unlocked position that allows removal from the duty belt. Optional fasteners extend through the dress belt to affix the dress belt to the dress belt clips.

Disclosed embodiments relate to a handle and a knife. In some embodiments, the handle includes: a handle body, a locating portion is provided on the handle body; and a handle clamp, the handle clamp including a first clamping arm, a second clamping arm and a connecting portion, the connecting portion is provided between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm, and the first clamping arm is movably provided on the handle body and enables the handle clamp with a retraction position and an extension position. Some embodiments solve the problems in the prior art that a handle is prone to slide off from a pocket due to a bad fit between the handle and the pocket and the handle is not prone to be hidden in the pocket when the handle is clamped in the pocket.
