ADJUSTABLE HOLDER
The present invention describes an adjustable holder used primarily to secure substantially cylindrical objects to the person, clothing, or gear of a user. For the preferred embodiment, the holder is a substantially cylindrical casing comprising: a substantially curved front wall, the substantially curved front wall further comprising two portions and a helical opening, where the helical opening separates the two portions of the substantially curved front wall; an opposing back wall; a closed bottom end; an open top end; and an interior compartment wherein the substantially curved front wall is connected to the opposing back wall, the closed bottom is connected to both the substantially curved front wall and the opposing back wall, and the substantially curved front wall, the opposing back wall, and the closed bottom collectively form the interior compartment; and wherein the two portions of the substantially curved front wall are connected by the fastener.

The holster of the present disclosure is capable of adjustment for individual fit and may include further holsters or receptacles for holding utensils.
Window Washing Tool Holder And Bucket
A window washer's bucket includes a proximate section open at a top end thereof, a rear panel, a front panel, a pair of opposing side panels, a bottom panel, and at least one divider for defining a plurality of compartments each configured for holding a squeegee. A distal section of the bucket has a front panel, a rear panel, a pair of opposing side panels, and a bottom panel. The distal section is fixed to the front panel of the proximate section and is configured for holding the mop and the cleaning solution therein. The rear panel includes a belt attachment mechanism for connecting with a strap that attaches to a belt worn by the person, the strap including a top loop configured for attachment with the belt, and a length adjustment buckle for adjusting the height of the bucket while worn by the person.
CADDY ACCESSORY FOR A PESTICIDE SPRAY CANISTER
A caddy for a pesticide spray canister includes a generally cylindrical sleeve which encloses the canister with an expandable pocket disposed on one exterior side of the sleeve wall and a pouch formed by a pouch wall affixed to the exterior of said sleeve wall. The caddy also includes a small canister pouch and a generally circular top secured to the upper rim of the sleeve wall, the top having a central aperture defined therein for receiving the spray canister pump handle and a second aperture defined therein disposed radially outward from the central aperture for accommodating a spray hose attachment fitting.
UMBRELLA CASE
An umbrella case configured to hold an umbrella having a rigid shaft with a handle at one end and a spike at the other end, the umbrella case comprising an umbrella holding assembly comprising a generally tubular sheath 106 having an open end and a spike-receiving portion 107 defining a spike-receiving aperture at the other end, and a fastening strap 100 having a first end coupled to an outer surface of the umbrella case, close to the open end of the sheath 106, and having a second, free end configured to be selectively moved to a fastening position in which it is connected to the umbrella case at a generally diametrically opposite location to the first end, the sheath, the spike-receiving portion and the fastening strap when in the fastening position, together, defining the effective length of the umbrella holding assembly, wherein at least one of the sheath, the spike-receiving portion and the fastening strap is selectively longitudinally extendible upon application of a force, in use, thereby to increase the effective length of the umbrella holding assembly to accommodate the length of an umbrella held therein.
Retention clip for securing instruments of different sizes and/or configurations to other objects
A retention clip includes a base with a plurality of instrument engagement elements at a top of the base. A bottom of the base is configured to be secured to another object. The retention clip may have a size that enables it to be secured to and that enables it to secure other instruments to a portable object. As an example, the retention clip may be configured to secure a plurality of writing instruments to a hard hat, a tool box, a measuring tape or the like.

A smart belt system worn by a person comprising an elongated belt configured for removably coupling a plurality of devices, a GPS component coupled to the belt configured to track the geo-location and movement of the belt, a microprocessor coupled to the belt, logic instructions executing by the microprocessor configured to monitor and regulate the activities of the plurality of devices and geo-location and movement data generated by the GPS component, a memory component configured for storing the logic instructions and accessible by the microprocessor, a wireless data communications system coupled to the belt configured to wirelessly communicate with an external data communications system and the microprocessor, a power and data bus disposed within the belt and communicatively coupled to at least one of the plurality of devices, GPS component, microprocessor, memory, wireless data communications systems, and data storage component; and a data storage component coupled to the belt and accessible by the microprocessor for storing activity data of at least one of the plurality of devices and the geo-location and movement data of the belt generated by the GPS component.
