This invention relates to a document carrying shoulder strap providing for adjustable, removable padding and designs, which provides with attachment buckles and an adjustable mechanism which is improved by providing an interlocking lobster claw clasp made of galvanized metal material with swivel hinge structure. This present invention also provides with a padded shoulder strap adjustable in height for suitable use of occupant of different size. The upper end of the shoulder strap can be repositioned by manipulating a driving mechanism accessible on the shoulder strap of the invention. In a preferred embodiment, a shoulder cushioning pad is disposed on the shoulder carrying strap, following the adjustment of the upper end of the shoulder straps; and its adjuncts whereby a document carrying shoulder strap and designs, commonly known as plan holders, may be, suspended in a comfortable and adjustable manner. In a preferred embodiment, this invention provides for a heavy duty commercial grade Velcro document storage compartment strap belt, and also providing for an attached hardened plastic D-Ring coupler in which the Velcro document storage compartment strap belt is fed through the D-Ring coupler (position D. of FIG. 17) and then overlapped in the opposite direction thereby allowing the Velcro-tip end of the Velcro document storage compartment strap belt to mate with and join to the velvet fabric body of the Velcro document storage compartment strap belt in the opposite direction. The entire embodiment of my invention may or may not be treated with chemicals that are water repellent.
