In front view, the keeper channel is substantially parallel to the belt clip longitudinal axis, so that the golf club is held in a substantially vertical orientation. In side view, the keeper channel is angled with respect to the belt channel, so that the head of the golf club is angled away from the wearer, for improved comfort and maneuverability.
