A load-assisting glove is an apparatus that assists users with the load from a handheld tool such as a shovel. The apparatus may include a work glove and a bracing socket. The work glove maintains the bracing socket at an ergonomic position adjacent to the user's arm. The bracing socket lessens the amount of grip needed to work with the handheld tool. The work glove includes a wrist opening, a palmar portion, and a dorsal portion. The wrist opening enables the user to put on the work glove. The palmar portion protects the palmar area of the hand, while the dorsal portion protects the dorsal area. The bracing socket includes an open socket end and a closed socket end. The open socket end enables the end of the tool handle to be inserted into the bracing socket, while the closed socket end keeps the handle end within the bracing socket.

A backpack providing enhanced storage and a carrier for holding a child is disclosed. The backpack includes a back plate having a receptacle for storing items. Further, the back plate includes connecting straps drawing through strap openings. The back plate includes shoulder straps. The backpack includes a face plate having a receptacle for storing items. The face plate connects to the back plate. The backpack further includes a front plate having front plate strap connectors and top straps. A user puts on the first shoulder straps over his shoulder to use the back plate as a backpack. Further, the user connects the front plate strap connectors to the connecting straps, and the top straps to the first shoulder straps creating a child receiving portion. The user places a child in the child receiving portion between his body and the front plate for use as a carrier for holding a child.

A backpack for moving a variety of different loads from a first location to a second location in a plurality of different ways. The device includes a bag for holding the load. A pair of straps are on the bag for releasably securing the bag to the shoulders and back of a person for transportation by the wearer. The device includes two handles on the bag for hand carrying the bag from location to location. The device further includes two wheels on the bag for wheeling the bag from said first location to said second location and a third handle for use pushing and/or pulling the backpack when the backpack is to be wheeled. The present disclosure provides a pencil holder that can carry a contractor's pencil, marker or construction crayon on the user's body. The pencil holder includes a lanyard connector portion that has a lanyard attached thereto. A pencil connector portion is included that is selectively attachable with the lanyard connector portion. A cavity is formed within the pencil connector portion to securely affix a writing implement therein. To allow for selective attachment and detachment between the pencil connector and lanyard connector portions, each of the components have magnet holes therein that securely hold a pair of magnets.

A bracket system for mounting objects on to a mounting frame such as a backpack frame or a vehicle equipment mount. The bracket system includes at least two sets of brackets. Each of the sets of brackets has three major components. The first major component is a flexible strap with a first end and second end, the second end formed with a T-shape. The second major is a right-hand bracket with a flexible strap anchor plate for affixing the first end of the flexible strap thereto, the first bracket further including a set of openings along one side for mechanically fastening to the mounting frame. The third component is a left-hand bracket formed with a variety of slots for receiving the second end of the flexible strap with the T-shape along one side and a set of openings along second side for mechanically fastening to the mounting frame.

The caddy includes a second strap having an interior end and an exterior end, the interior end of the second strap is selectably removably coupled to the interior end of the first strap by a coupling device. The holster configuration is capable of maintaining health standards required for a food preparation environment and may be patterned or configured to house various types of food preparation utensils. The holster of the present disclosure is capable of adjustment for individual fit and may include further holsters or receptacles for holding utensils.

An apparatus for securing a writing implement to a complementary magnetic surface. The apparatus includes a body formed of a ferromagnetic material, the body extending between a first end and a second end of the housing. A first and second end of the body defines an opening that forms a channel extending between a plurality of lateral interior surfaces from the first end to the second end. In an embodiment, a protrusion is disposed within the housing and extends from one lateral interior surface toward the channel. In an embodiment, a stopper may be disposed proximate to the second end of the body and partially extend from a lateral interior surface toward the opening. In an embodiment, the housing receives the writing implement, and a protrusion contacts the writing implement securing it in place.
