An energized belt for holding tools that has at least one strap and at least one holder. It has an energy processor, a first conductor, a second conductor, a switch and at least one port. The first conductor is attached to the at least one strap and the energy processor is electrically connected to that first conductor. The second conductor is attached to the at least one holder which is attached to the at least one strap and is electrically connected to the first conductor. The switch is electrically connected to the energy processor. The second conductor is capable of emitting heat so that the at least one of the at least one holders as a pouch is suitable for placement of a wearer's hands to be warmed. The at least one port being integrally attached to the at least one holder and connected to the first conductor.

The present invention provides a kit for the belt supporting of hairdressing tools or the like, comprising a belt, at least one belt loop (1), and a plurality of tool holders, the kit being characterized in that the belt loop (1) includes laterally opposite protruding end parts (5) each of which having a slot (6) for housing said belt; and in that the respective tool holder of said plurality of tool holders it is associated to said belt loop (1), said tool holder having at least one cavity with a vertical axis for receiving and supporting a respective tool inside thereof.

A power tool is supportable by a lanyard. The power tool includes a motor housing, a motor arranged in the motor housing, front housing, an output member extending from the front housing, a gear case, and a gear train arranged in the gear case. The gear train is configured to transfer torque from the motor to the output member. The power tool also includes a first fastener securing the front housing to the motor housing, and a bracket fastened to one of the front housing, the motor housing, or the gear case by a second fastener that does not secure the front housing to the motor housing. The power tool also includes a support member secured to the one of the front housing, the motor housing, or the gear case by the bracket. The support member is attachable to the lanyard.

A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.

A wearable tool carrier for wearing by a user to place tools in proximity to the wearer to enable ergonomic use. The wearable tool carrier comprises a strap member configured for placement around the neck of the wearer having a padded region and a first fastener configured for detachable coupling with a corresponding second fastener on a carrier portion. The carrier portion having a plurality of pockets sized to retain a plurality of tools and tool types. A swivel member is in communication with the first and second fasteners to enable rotation of the carrier member during use. Accordingly, the user can easily swap out carrier portions depending upon the task and enables use of the carrier within tight or confined spaces.

Key ring accessory devices enable a user to conveniently and repeatedly attach an accessory item to a key ring's split ring and detach it therefrom and, during its detachment, securely clamp the accessory item to a clothing item for safely carrying the accessory item. The key ring accessory devices include a spring clip with the interchangeability functionality of freely and directly suspending an accessory item from a key ring's split ring and clamping the accessory item on a clothing item. The key ring accessory devices are designed such that they are unable to merely slide off a split ring but rather requires a specific user manipulation.

A holster comprises an elongated tube of fabric formed with longitudinal openings that enable a first part of the tube to serve as a loop for attachment to a waist belt, and a transverse opening that enables a second part of the belt to serve as a pocket of holding an elongated article such as a flashlight. The tube is composed of a woven fabric of fusible yarns. The openings are formed by means of a heated blade, and the heat fuses the yarns at the margins of the openings to one another, thereby preventing fraying.

Disclosed is a belt holder for a tape measure, including: a holder body configured to be mounted on the belt; a rotary mount rotatably coupled to a front surface of the holder body; a locking bracket provided at the holder body or the rotary mount; and a restoring spring elastically supporting the locking bracket in one direction.

A combination power hand tool and tethering assembly comprises a power hand tool selected from the group consisting of a grinder, a polisher, a cut-off tool, and a drill. The hand tool has a gear housing with a fastener bore configured and arranged to receive a fastener. The tethering assembly comprises a connector having a fastener opening and a tether configured and arranged to be connected to the connector. The fastener extends through the fastener opening and into the fastener bore thereby connecting the connector and the power hand tool. The tether is configured and arranged to be selectively coupled to one of a worker and an anchor object thereby selectively interconnecting the connector and the one of the worker and the anchor object.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a modular tool carrying system and apparatus. In an embodiment of the invention, the modular tool carrying apparatus includes a rigid outer surface and an inner surface opposite the rigid outer surface where the inner surface is configured to be placed against a back of a user. The modular tool carrying apparatus further includes shoulder straps configured to secure the inner surface against the user and a central tool mounting assembly configured to secure one or more tools to the rigid outer surface. The central tool mounting assembly includes a strap configured to secure the tool to the rigid outer surface between parallel brackets mounted to the rigid outer surface.
