A device incorporating both a magnet and a living hinge may be employed to construct cases to protect electronic devices and to function as a closure for cases and lidded containers. Such cases often can be bent three 360° allowing the cases to be either closed protecting devices therein are closed upon themselves allowing the case to function to secure an electronic device to a substrate such as an article of clothing. The devices of the disclosure can also be used to organize and hold loose items together.

Provided is a closure device including a first closure part that includes a locking element, a force transmission element operatively connected to the locking element, which can be loaded along a force direction, and an actuating element movable relative to the locking element, and a second closure part that includes an engagement element. The locking element and the engagement element can be attached to each other for connecting the first closure part and the second closure part to each other and are connected to each other in a closed position. In the closed position, when the force transmission element is loaded along the force direction, the locking element is loaded in a locking direction towards contact with the engagement element by the action of force of the force transmission element. The actuating element can be actuated in order to adjust the locking element against the locking direction.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a modular tool carrying system and apparatus. In an embodiment of the invention, the modular tool carrying apparatus includes a rigid outer surface and an inner surface opposite the rigid outer surface where the inner surface is configured to be placed against a back of a user. The modular tool carrying apparatus further includes shoulder straps configured to secure the inner surface against the user and a central tool mounting assembly configured to secure one or more tools to the rigid outer surface. The central tool mounting assembly includes a strap configured to secure the tool to the rigid outer surface between parallel brackets mounted to the rigid outer surface.

A tool attachment device and method of use designed to create a tool connection enclosure with an integral captive attachment point for securing tools without an integral captive attachment point. Tools without an integral captive attachment point such as hammers, spud wrenches, open-ended wrenches, and tapered handle tools commonly referred to as “waisted” or “necked” tool (tapered mid-section) present a challenge in securing tools for attachment of a connecting device such as carabiners, tool attachment or tool tethers.

The portable tool bracket 20 comprises a mounting portion 21 attached to a portable tool body 10, an insertion portion 22 that is inserted into a guide rail portion 31 provided to a holder 30 held by a body of a user and is detachably attached to the holder 30, and a notch portion 24 for hooking and holding, and the portable tool bracket 20 is attached to a portable tool 1.

A system for securing a load to a garment is disclosed, including an internal belt built into a garment. A holster is configured to be attached to the internal belt and a tab is provided which is accessible from outside of the garment to permit the user to selectively tighten the holster. The internal belt is disposed within a sleeve positioned within the interior of the garment.

A tool holder for a tool belt may include a flexible carrier sheet and at least one belt hanger. The at least one belt hanger may include a belt interface which may be configured to be connected to a tool belt and a carrier sheet connection interface which may be configured to be connected to the carrier sheet. The flexible carrier sheet may include a tool suspension interface which may be configured to connect to a tool or a tool receiver, and a hanger connection interface which may be configured to connect to the carrier sheet connection interface of the belt hanger. The carrier sheet may be configured to connect to the belt hanger by bending the hanger connection interface.

A load-carrying fastener with rapid attachment and detachment and safety lock mechanisms is applicable to an attachable holder for a MOLLE accessory and includes a fastener base; a pivotable locking plate pivotally connectable with the fastener base; and a lock-release key flippable to keep the fastener base and pivotable locking plate in an interlocked or released state. Two lateral sides of the fastener base are formed with elastic arms extending outward to form locking arms with locking hooks. The pivotable locking plate is formed with two locking holes allowing the locking arms to be inserted therein and the locking hooks to hook the edges thereof when being closed on the fastener base, so as to enter into a locked state, and be brought with the fastener base into an unlocked state by disengaging the locking hooks from the hole edges when the elastic arms are pressed.

A tethering system for a power tool and battery pack includes a first tethering attachment assembly configured to be attachable to a power tool, and a second tethering attachment assembly configured to be attachable to a battery pack, which is detachably couplable to a battery pack receptacle on the power tool. A first flexible connector has a first end configured to be attachable to the first tethering attachment assembly and a second end configured to be attachable to a stationary object. A second elongated flexible connector has a first end configured to be attachable to the second tethering attachment assembly and a second end configured to be attachable to the first tethering attachment assembly. If the power tool falls and the battery pack becomes detached from the power tool, the first tethering attachment assembly and first flexible connector prevent the power tool from falling more than a first distance from the stationary object, and the second tethering attachment assembly and the second flexible connector prevent the battery pack from falling more than a second distance from the power tool.

An attachment accessory includes a storage compartment having a floor and at least one first wall extending upwardly from the floor to form a storage space. A first engagement member and first extension member having a first aperture extend from the at least one first wall. An accessory compartment is positioned next to the storage compartment and includes an opening. A cap member includes a ceiling and at least one second wall extending downwardly from the ceiling. A second engagement member and second extension member having a second aperture extend from the at least one second wall. The first and second extension members are attached together via the first and second apertures. The storage compartment and the cap member are configured to be lockingly coupled together to enclose the storage space when the first and second engagement members are engaged.
