A pull-cord is attached to the compression sleeve and is moveable from a first position in which the pull-cord is retracted to a second position in which the pull-cord is extended, in which moving the pull-cord from the first position to the second position causes a contraction of the compression sleeve and a corresponding contraction of the flexible bottle.

The elongated flap is moved outside and/or inside to attach the container coupled with the carrier attachment assembly on the waist and/or the arm of the wearer respectively.
