A storage apparatus is disclosed to be worn about a waist of a user, the apparatus including a belt member removably securable about the waist of the user, the belt member including a utility box bracket. A utility box can include a base and a lid, the base having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The first side of the base is removably retainable on the utility box bracket on the belt member and the lid is pivotally secured to the second side of the base. The utility box can be slidably disposed on the utility box bracket.

In some embodiments, a beverage holder includes a beverage receptacle, an accessory receptacle, and a shaft. The beverage receptacle defines a cylindrical volume and includes a flat base for supporting a beverage container, the flat base having a circular shape with a first diameter; a first arm having a second diameter and at least partially encircling the cylindrical volume; and a spine connecting the base and the arm. The accessory receptacle defines a rectangular volume and is connected to the base and to the first arm of the beverage receptacle. The shaft includes a first section connected to the base, and a second section with a pointed end for securing the beverage holder into the ground where the first and second sections are connectable by a threaded section.

A system formed by a container and a cover for transporting and consuming liquids, including a container including: a main body; a first closure device at one end of the main body; a second closure device at an opposite end of the main body; and a cover that surrounds the main body of the container, the cover including a continuous band of elastic material forming a tubular body around the main body and an extension.

A carrier pouch includes a pouch section, and a carrier attachment assembly coupled with the pouch section. The carrier attachment assembly enables a wearer to carry the carrier pouch with hands-free mobility, and includes a rigid assembly and a number of elastic bands, with the rigid assembly being elongated and having a proximal end and a distal end as extremities thereof. The distal end of the rigid assembly comfortably tucks in an inner side of a waistband of a garment worn by the wearer. The number of elastic bands extends across and over or under the rigid assembly to enable positioning of the carrier attachment assembly coupled with the pouch section on a limb of the wearer or the waistband of the garment. The rigid assembly is movable outside or inside the number of elastic bands to attach the carrier pouch on a waist or the limb of the wearer.

The present device is an improvement in the manner in which individuals are enabled to more swiftly and conveniently attach, detach, store, reposition, carry, tote, and ultimately access the contents of a commercially manufactured personally sized beverage container having a circumferential flange about its neck region, regardless of either the shape or the size of the containers neck. Being easily affixed and subsequently detached from clothing or accoutrements, this simple and inexpensive device enables the mobile user to enjoy an unencumbered hands-free toting experience which in turn further promotes responsible behavior in such activities as the disposal, the recycling, or reuse of the container. Further, the frame itself is configured to be potentially cast from either a recycled resin-based material, or it can also be just as efficiently cast, or die-cut from a non-floatable type of recyclable metal, which makes the end-use of this convenience device most environmentally friendly.

An apparatus includes a housing, first handles, second handles and zippers. The housing may be (i) made of a flexible material and (ii) have compartments. The first handles may be (i) attached to an end of the housing and (ii) configured to hang the housing in an upright orientation. The second handles may be attached to another end of the housing. The housing is generally configured to bend such that the first handles are aligned with the second handles to facilitate carrying of the housing. The zippers may be configured to provide an opening into a corresponding compartment suitable to pass recyclable beverage containers. A drinking vessel has a container for a beverage and includes a covering. The drinking vessel has a support structure accommodating the container. The covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container. Further, a holding device for a drinking vessel of this kind is disclosed, which has a sleeve body with a receptacle adapted to the support structure of the container, in which receptacle the drinking vessel can be held, wherein at least one connection means for fastening the holding device in the bag body of a handbag is provided.

A portable staked accessory holder is an apparatus that mounted into the ground to uphold various small items. The apparatus includes a tray, a telescopic post assembly, and a stake. The tray upholds small items such as a beverage cup or a small plate. The telescopic post assembly offsets the tray from the ground and is height adjustable. The stake drives into and mounts into the ground. The apparatus further includes a beverage holder, an electronic device holder, and a spring clamp. The beverage holder attaches a beverage with the telescopic post assembly so that the tray remains uninhibited and the space of the tray is maximized. The electronic device holder upholds an electronic device such as a smart phone with the beverage holder for easy access. The spring clamp allows the beverage holder, and consequently the electronic device holder to be attached and removed with the telescopic post assembly.

An article holder having a first region with a first curvature, a second region, wherein the second region is continuously formed with the first region, and a third region having a pair of first openings, wherein the third region is continuously formed with the second region. A garment configured for retaining a beverage container and for use on the lower body of a user. The garment includes a pocket coupled to the garment, and a tab coupled to the garment at first and second locations. The pocket includes a lower closed edge, first and second closed side edges and an open upper edge. The pocket is sized to removably receive and retain the beverage container. The first and second locations are spaced apart from each other to define an unattached region of the tab between the first and second locations. The unattached region configured for facilitating the opening of the beverage container by the user.
