A top flap is provided to cover the top opening. The primary caddy serves as a diaper bag that can be carried like a backpack. The front panel of the primary caddy unzips on both sides to provide access from the front to a cabinet-like main compartment having one or more adjustable shelves. The front panel unfolds again to provide a sanitary and private baby-changing surface.

A series of loops may cover the series of openings on the second portion and a pair of clips can be mounted to the series of loops. A bottom vent can extend through the base, the intermediate layer, and the inner liner.
