The bristle carrier (11) includes a plurality of recesses (23) and a plurality of bristles (20), the bristles (20) being arranged to form a plurality of bristle bundles (24), the bristle bundles (24) each being arranged to be gluelessly fixed in one of the recesses (23). The ferrule (15) is designed as one piece with the bristle carrier (11).

The method for manufacturing a makeup brush includes: molding a ferrule and welding bristles to the ferrule. The ferrule includes a ferrule inner end; a ferrule outer end; a ferrule body; an interior; and a well. The well has a well base parallel to the ferrule outer end. The well base has an inner side and an outer side. The step of welding the bristles includes the steps of disposing the bristles in contact with the outer side of the well base and exposing the inner side of the well base to welding.

A removable brush head for a personal groom device, the removable brush head having a stationary portion, wherein the stationary portion is annular and includes a plurality of outwardly-extending brush bristles. The removable brush head also includes a movable portion positioned within the stationary portion, wherein the movable portion is configured to at least partially rotate relative to the stationary portion, and further wherein the movable portion includes a plurality of outwardly-extending brush bristles. Additionally, the removable brush head includes a locking collar, wherein the locking collar is slidably couplable to the stationary portion so as to axially retain the movable portion within the stationary portion while allowing the movable portion to at least partially rotate relative to the stationary portion.

The device detachably joins a container of a composition and enable uniform dispensing and application of the composition on a body surface. The device comprises a housing section that detachably joins with a container of composition. A platform section having a plurality of apertures rests coplanar with the housing section. A keying mechanism secures the platform section to the housing section. A plurality of conduits, or hollow bristles, extend from the platform section. The conduits include channels that are in communication with the housing section and the container of composition. The conduits are arranged as inner and outer conduits, with the outer conduits being slightly longer to create a generally concave effect. The conduits terminate at an angled tip portion that engages the body surface, while simultaneously dispensing the composition from terminal openings or lateral openings formed at the tip.

Mascara according to the present invention includes: a handle; a brush rod extended from one side of the handle; and a tip member provided at one end of the brush rod, in which the tip member includes a base part shaped like a pillar, and a plurality of protruding parts protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the base part, and the base part and the protruding part are made of a metal material.

A reconfigurable modular brush has a brush head including brush-head upper and lower surfaces extending longitudinally along a brush-head axis between brush-head first and second ends. A toilet bowl brush assembly, a toilet bowl brush, and a method of manufacturing the same. The brush includes a handle assembly that has a proximal end and a distal end and a brush head that includes a plurality of tufts of bristles disposed on an outer surface of the brush head, a cavity defined by an inner surface of the brush head, and a fastener portion. The toilet bowl brush assembly includes a base that forms a cup for receiving the brush head. The brush head selectively couples to the handle assembly distal end at the fastener portion of the brush head at a handle assembly-brush head connection. At least one of the base and the brush head define an interference feature for preventing the brush head from moving relative to the base as the handle assembly is selectively separated from the brush head.

The application provides a hair coloring brush. The hair coloring brush can include a handle and a detachable brush cap that detachably couples to the handle. The handle can include an elongated body, a brush attachment protrusion, where the brush attachment protrusion extends outward from the elongated body and has a first protrusion side and a second protrusion side. The handle can also include a first side ridge and a second side ridge. The detachable brush cap can include a distal brush end, a plurality of bristles, and a cavity opposite the distal brush end, where the cavity has a cavity wall and an internal groove located in the cavity wall. The first side ridge and the second side ridge can tension fit in the internal groove when the detachable brush cap is inserted over the brush attachment protrusion.
