A neck duster with a disposable bristle attachment including a tapered cylindrical handle having a closed top end and an open bottom end. A bottom handle covering is attached to the bottom end of the handle. A top handle covering is attached to the top end of the handle. At least one disposable bristle attachment includes a disc-shaped base plate and a plurality of bristles. An aperture is disposed through each of the top end of the handle and the top handle covering. An upper hook of a pair of hooks is disposed on a lower surface of the base plate, and a lower hook of the pair of hooks is disposed within the handle proximal the top end and attached to a spring-loaded locking mechanism. The upper hook is engageable with the lower hook. A locking release control is configured to disengage the upper hook from the lower hook.

An oral care implement including a handle and an oral care refill head. The handle has a gripping portion, an engagement component coupled to a distal end of the gripping portion, and a stem. The engagement component includes a plate portion and a first engagement feature. The stem extends through an opening in the engagement component and protrudes from the plate portion. The oral care refill head includes an oral care treatment portion and a sleeve portion. The sleeve portion has an inner surface that defines a sleeve cavity having a cavity axis and a second engagement feature. When the oral care refill head is detachably coupled to the handle, the first and second engagement features mate with one another to at least one of: (1) position the oral care refill head and the handle in an operational alignment; and (2) lock the oral care refill head to the handle.

A curling brush head incorporates an array of rib-like and ring-like structures designed to effectively transmit force from the handle through the brush head and onto the surface of the ice. A receptacle of the head attaches to the brush handle, and incorporates the ribs and rings which transmit the force to the pad. The pad is features a mounting plate, a layer of pad material, and a layer of fabric material, all of which are co-moulded into a single unit. The mounting plate allows the pad to be attached to the receptacle by way of a convenient snap-fit. A brush handle incorporates a radial enlargement, for example in a mandrel thereof, so that abutting contact between the enlargement and the topside of the brush head limits the angular range of movement therebetween to prevent the brush head from overturning during slide delivery of a curling rock.

An applicator device for cosmetic and/or hygiene applications, which includes a shaft with a longitudinal axis, a proximal and a distal end as well as a carrier element, wherein at the carrier element there are arranged bristle elements in an anchor-free manner, wherein the carrier element is introduced in a receiving opening or put onto a receiving section at the distal end of the shaft and wherein the carrier element is connected to the shaft and to a respective method.

A hair brushing device comprises a housing and a brush, the brush body is formed from a rigid plastics material and is capable of being mounted, in a least two different positions, to allow variation in the functionality of a device of the type of the invention.

An oral care implement that includes a handle and an oral care refill head. The oral care refill head is alterable between a first state in which it is separated from the handle and a second state in which it is coupled to the handle. The oral care refill head has a proximal edge surface that defines an opening into a sleeve cavity. The proximal edge surface is inclined with radial distance from a cavity axis of the sleeve cavity. Similarly, the handle has a gripping portion that terminates at a distal end and a stem that protrudes from the distal end. The annular shoulder that is inclined downwardly and away from a stem to facilitate mating of the oral care refill head to the handle. The oral care refill head may have features for securing the oral care refill head to the stem of the handle.

A gutter broom is provided. The gutter broom can include a mandrel, one or more carriers, each carrier removably coupled to the mandrel, and one or more bristle strips, each bristle strip removably coupled to one of the carriers. The gutter broom components can be recyclable and modular, requiring no tools for assembly or servicing.

An at least partially conically shaped section connecting the first substantially cylindrical section and a second substantially cylindrical section. A head having a hollow portion is dimensioned to receive the second substantially cylindrical section, the at least partially conically shaped section and a part of the first substantially cylindrical section. The hollow portion has an inner wall with a circular recess dimensioned to receive the ball, removably attaching the head to the second substantially cylindrical section.
