A tool for attaching a treatment head to a wash media element of a vehicle wash component includes a nose portion and a handle portion. The nose portion is sized to pass through an opening in the wash media element. The nose portion includes a slot for receiving and retaining a base portion of the treatment head to secure it to the wash media element such that the nose portion and treatment portion are disposed on opposite sides of the wash media element.

The present invention is a makeup brush with a releasably connectable ferrule and handle, so that the ferrules and handles are interchangeable. The means for releasably connecting the ferrule and the handle may be, for examples, by friction fit or by the inclusion of sliding features, such as a notch and channel, such being additional methods for releasable connectivity beyond those already patented and/or developed by the inventor.

A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The disclosed pool skimmer apparatus provided includes a brush which when used captures debris from the walls of a pool when scrubbed. Said brush is either attached to the actual skimmer or skimmer has tracks to allow one to remove and replace said brush. The skimmer brush is attached to a pole and when attached to the pole said skimmer is used to brush in an up and down motion or side to side motion with the skimmer (or skimmer net) then capturing the debris which the brush removed from the pool wall.
