Brush assembly and method of manufacturing a brush
A brush includes a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end and a plurality of discs received on the core wire section, the plurality of discs defining a brush head. The brush head is shaped by at least one of trimming the plurality of discs of the brush head and/or bending a portion of the core wire section.
Brush assembly and method of manufacturing a brush
A method of manufacturing a brush includes providing a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral tip on the distal end, forming a bristle element having a throughbore, and inserting the core wire section into the throughbore until the bristle element is received on the core wire section.
Cleaning tool for string trimmers
Cleaning tools are mounted directly to rotary spindles of conventional string trimmers. The cleaning tools have brush channels which extend through one or more sides thereof, with each brush channel having an edge channel and a bristle channel. The edge channels are disposed interiorly within the body of respective ones of the bristle channels. Channel brush inserts are secured in respective ones of the brush channels, and each includes a mounting base and a bristle body. The mounting bases are inserted into respective ones of the edge channels and the bristle bodies extend from a respective one of the mounting bases through the bristle channels, from the one or more sides and exteriorly of the cleaning tool. One cleaning tool has three brush channels formed to extend into a laterally extending sidewall. In another cleaning tool the brush channels are formed to extend into the bottom end surface thereof.
Horticulture Brush
A horticulture brush having a handle with a bristle assembly at a distal end. The bristle assembly has a base that is removably engageable with a distal end of the handle. The bristles are planar on both sides and formed in rows with passages between the rows. A central row of bristles on the assembly is sized larger than surrounding rows which forms a blockage in the passages.
SHAVING RAZOR CARE APPARATUS
A razor care apparatus. The razor care apparatus can include a brush unit that has a bristle housing and a plurality of bristles affixed in the bristle housing. A base can be connected to the bristle housing, the base including a suction cup.
Tool assembly comprising universal handle and interchangeable tool heads
A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. The locking system includes a keyed locking collar for engaging at least a first portion of the tool head, and a locking cap rotatably positioned on the handle for engaging a second portion of the tool head. The handle can be extendable, such as by telescoping, and can also be overmolded.
Toilet Brush with Joing
A toilet brush 1 having an articulated connection 5 between brush head 4 and brush handle 3 has a targeted blocking or lock in one of the two possible pivoting directions of the articulated connection 5 formed as a rotatable joint 10. For this purpose, the rotatable joint 10 is formed by the two fork ends 32, 33 at the end of the brush handle 3 and an axis 11, whereby the fork ends 32, 33 permit pivoting towards the side 15, but lock towards the other side 16, because here the two fork ends 32, 33 are connected to each other via a locking shell 41 and prevent pivoting. This locked, articulated connection 5 permits on the one hand very intensive cleaning of the outlet of the toilet basin, because the brush head 4 is bent up when pushed through and can then also clean the upper area of the outlet pipe. In addition, when the toilet brush 1 is turned, this articulated connection 5 is locked simultaneously and can clean the rest of the toilet basin with the corresponding pressure and also the inner channel at the upper edge of the toilet basin, again with the curved brush head 4. This improved cleaning effect is further optimized by the fact that practically the entire brush head 4 especially with bristles 6, 7, 8 is made of flexible, hygienically flawless material.
TOOTHBRUSH HEAD, TOOTHBRUSH, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TOOTHBRUSH HEAD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TOOTHBRUSH, ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING DEVICE, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A toothbrush head (3) is provided, the cleaning element carrier (11) of which and/or at least one cleaning element (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) of the toothbrush head (3) are/is produced via an additive manufacturing process.
APPLICATOR FOR APPLYING PRODUCT TO KERATINOUS FIBRES WITH COMPLEX CORE
An applicator device for applying a fluid or pasty product to keratinous fibres, includes a core or technically equivalent elongate element extending along a longitudinal axis XX, a plurality of elongate spikes, a first end of which is embedded in the core or in the technically equivalent element and a second end of which is free, the spikes and the core or the technically equivalent element being integral, i.e. formed in one piece. The core and/or the technically equivalent element has at least one recess or negative relief opening on the outer surface of the core or the technically equivalent element at an opening, the at least one recess being obtained by undercutting.
System for selective flock application to an applicator
A system for applying an adhesive includes: a shaft including a length and a diameter configured to be exposed to the adhesive coating; and a plurality of bristles connected to the shaft and configured not to be exposed to the adhesive coating when the shaft is exposed to the adhesive, wherein the shaft is at least partially hollow and includes a channel and at least one flow hole; the channel extends along the length direction of the shaft and at least partially into the shaft; an opening of the channel is disposed at a first end of the shaft and configured to receive a solution; the at least one flow hole is disposed on the surface of the shaft substantially opposite of the plurality of bristles; and the at least one flow hole is connected to the channel and configured to allow egress of the solution received through the channel.
