Applicator for cosmetic products including a wire made of metal material that includes a U-shaped body bearing tufts of bristles inside it, which is subsequently subjected to multiple twists so as to form a single body capable of holding the tufts in a stable position and arranging them into a spiral pattern, characterized in that an element in plastic material arranged outside the wire of metal material is associated with the brush, and held in stable engagement with it, the element including a centrally pierced flanged base body, with a shaped wall departing vertically from the external edge of the flange, only partially covering the brush, the wall bearing on its external surface at least one series of cosmetic product applicator tips, the hole of the base of the plastic element housing the terminal portion of the brush. In addition, the cylindrical base body has outward-facing toroidal ribs along its external surface designed to engage the brush thus constituted with the stem of the gripping and manoeuvring element of the applicator.

Systems, methods, and new file formats are provided for printing 3D microstructures. In some implementations, a new file format is provided that defines 3D objects by a wireframe model expressed as a collection of wires. Because wires and their parameters are defined within the new file format, objects may be processed more efficiently and quickly to support 3D rendering operations. Such methods may be used to print new articles, such as eyelashes, bushes, swabs and other novel items.

The water absorbing structure contains no less than 30% by weight of diatomaceous earth based on a total weight of the water absorbing structure, and includes a block body and a protruding pattern. An automatic mascara applicator apparatus for quick and even mascara application includes a housing having a housing inside. A battery cover is coupled to the housing. A battery is coupled to the battery cover. The battery is selectively engageable within the battery compartment. A motor is coupled to the housing within the housing inside and is in operational communication with the battery. The motor has a driveshaft. An activation button is coupled to the housing and is in operational communication with the motor. A brush is coupled to the motor. The brush comprises a hollow shaft filled with a mascara and a plurality of bristles. A distal end of the shaft is porous to release the mascara onto the plurality of bristles. A cap is coupled to the housing and is selectively engageable with the housing to cover the brush and the housing inside.

A method of manufacturing a brush includes providing a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral tip on the distal end, forming a bristle element having a throughbore, and inserting the core wire section into the throughbore until the bristle element is received on the core wire section.

A device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product includes a brush applicator having a tuft of bristles at one end, and a container to which the brush applicator can be fastened, comprising a container intended to contain the product to be applied and a housing for receiving at least a part of the tuft of bristles of the brush, said housing communicating with the container via at least one opening, wherein, when the brush applicator is fastened to the container, only some of the bristles of the tuft of bristles are disposed in and/or next to the opening and directly exposed to the product coming from the container.
