A multi-functional hand-held apparatus comprising a housing and a brush to be used jointly for bathing a person, wherein the housing comprising a chamber or a container capable of holding and squirting water or a fluid through tubes or one or more pores toward a person's hair with a directional orientation toward a back of a person's head and away from a person's face. The multi-functional hand-held apparatus comprising a series of combs or the one or more bristles for rinsing hair and pulling water or the fluid and shampoo or bubbles through the person's hair. Further provided are methods for squirting fluid, such as water, with a directional orientation onto a person's head and removing soap, foam, bubbles or excess water with a brush including one or more bristles that may be curved to conform with a person's head.

A scrubbing apparatus that is adapted to clean both a mixing paddle and an inner surface of a mixing vessel having an inner diameter and a depth. The scrubbing apparatus has a central structure. Outward facing wipes are attached to the central structure, where distal ends of the outward facing wipes form a perimeter having a diameter that is no less than the inner diameter of the mixing vessel. Bristle tuft assemblies and associated fabrication methods are disclosed. One disclosed bristle tuft assembly comprises a bristle tuft, a retention material and a support surface. The support surface is permeable to the retention material when the retention material is in a molten state. The retention material is fused into the support surface. The bristle tuft is connected to the support surface via the retention material.

A method of manufacturing a brush includes providing a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral tip on the distal end, forming a bristle element having a throughbore, and inserting the core wire section into the throughbore until the bristle element is received on the core wire section.

The present invention includes improvements to a device with bristles that makes it possible to perform oral hygiene tasks to remove quickly impurities in the oral cavity, in particular when the user is travelling and does not carry a toothbrush and, due to time constraints, requires quick and effective cleaning. The cleaning device may also include luffa sponges, water-soluble films, spheres with toothpaste or channels that provide flexibility to a membrane which, when bending, generates a vacuum and is placed on the tongue in order to be used as a toothbrush handle. The device provides a better fitting and handling in the mouth of a user, since it avoids the generation of vacuum when actuated, and also has a membrane surrounded by a cylindrical section that allows its handling since it adapts to the tongue.
