Multi-surface cleaning brush
A multi-surface cleaning brush may include: a head portion, an optional handle, and an optional tail portion. The head portion may include a head and a hemi-spheroid region formed by a first plurality of bristles coupled to the head in which the first plurality of bristles may terminate distally from the head to form a substantially hemi-spheroid shape. The head portion and tail portion may be coupled to opposing ends of the handle. Preferably, the first plurality of bristles may comprise microfiber. Preferably, the brush may also include a radial region formed by a second plurality of bristles which may terminate distally from the head to form a substantially cylindrical shape, and the radial region may be positioned between the hemi-spheroid region and the optional handle. An optional handle may be configured as an ergonomically shaped hand grip so that the user's hand may grip the brush via the handle.
Eyelid care appliance
Disclosed herein is an improved eyelid care appliance and method of using such appliance for preventing and treating blepharitis and mammalian meibomian gland dysfunction caused by gland obstruction. The method and apparatus of the invention enable restoration and maintenance of eyelid hygiene and the natural flow of secretions from the meibomian glands. A preferred embodiment of the apparatus has an oscillating brush head affixed to the distal end of the eyelid care appliance. The brush head can be impregnated with topical pharmacologic or cleansing agents to better facilitate cleaning and therapeutic efficacy.
Hair care device
A hair care device for use in untangling hair includes a body portion and a plurality of substantially parallel flexible bristles made of soft plastics material and projecting from the body portion. The bristles are arranged such that over at least a part of the area of bristles, some of the bristles are of shorter length. The bristles and the shorter length bristles are interspersed over the at least part of the area of bristles.
Oral care implement
An oral care implement that includes a head having a face with a tuft hole therein. A plurality of bristles are disposed within the tuft hole and arranged in a bristle tuft that extends from the face of the head. The bristle tuft includes a first subset of the bristles and a second subset of the bristles. Each of the bristles has a longitudinal axis and a transverse cross-sectional profile having a major axis and a minor axis, the major axes of the bristles being longer than the minor axes of the bristles. The major axes of the bristles of the first subset may be non-parallel to the major axes of the bristles of the second subset.
Cosmetic product applicator
The invention relates to an applicator for a cosmetic product, having a proximal end and a free end, and having at least two rows of fingers forming a first and a second planar layer respectively. The two layers are separate and parallel to one another. One dimension of the fingers decreases along the applicator from the proximal end to the free end.
Toothbrush with foam cleaning column
A toothbrush having a cleaning column is provided. The toothbrush includes a handle portion, a neck portion, and a head portion. The cleaning column is attached to the head portion and extends away from an upper surface of the head portion. The cleaning column includes a cleaning surface for contacting a user's teeth. In one preferred embodiment, the cleaning surface can be made of foam that is formed via a reticulation process that exposes connected skeletal strands and the broken skeletal strands each having at least one free end of the foam. The connected skeletal strands and the broken skeletal strands of foam can facilitate the cleaning of the user's teeth, and the areas of the foam between the connected skeletal strands and the broken skeletal strands can facilitate holding of dentifrice therein.
IMPROVED APPLICATION DEVICE FOR A FLUID OR PASTY PRODUCT
The application device for applying a fluid product to keratin fibres comprises a plurality of spikes, distributed over an elongate core extending along a longitudinal axis X, each spike comprising a first stage extending from an anchoring end anchored in the core towards an intermediate section and a second stage extending from the intermediate section towards a free end, and comprising a joint face parallel to the longitudinal axis X, an intermediate point, the middle of a segment of intersection between the joint face and the intermediate section, included in a first half-disc (D1) of radius R1, a segment of which forming a diametral edge is parallel to the longitudinal axis X and lies on a plane parallel to a radial plane comprising the longitudinal axis X and an apical point, the middle of a segment of intersection of the joint face and a section of the free end, included in a second half-disc (D2) of radius R2, a segment of which forming a diametral edge is parallel to the longitudinal axis X and lies on a plane parallel to the radial plane comprising the longitudinal axis X.
Household brush or hygiene brush device
A household brush or hygiene brush device has at least one brush application region comprising at least one first bristle end zone and at least one second bristle end zone, wherein the second bristle end zone is implemented differing from the first bristle end zone.
Disposable Toothbrush Head
