A brushing component is provided. The brushing component comprises an inner group of angled bristle tufts arranged with rotational symmetry about a point of symmetry. The brushing component also comprises a set of outer groups of angled bristle tufts surrounding the inner group and having rotational symmetry with respect to a second point of symmetry. The first and second points of symmetry are both positioned on a longitudinal axis of the support surface. The proposed component provides improved brushing performance to an increased proportion of the user's oral surface over conventional brushing components.

A system for polishing capsules includes a brush located at least partially inside a wall arranged around an axis (Z). The brush has bristles arranged around the axis (Z) to form a helical conveying ramp for the capsules. The lengths of the bristles of the brush are distinct and a protrusion is mechanically coupled to the wall to bend at least some of the bristles of the brush when the latter is in rotational movement around the axis (Z).

A personal hygiene device includes a bottle body configured to hold a fluid, and an extension tube, connected to the bottle body through a connector. An apparatus includes a toothbrush head configured to brush teeth, an appliance brush configured to brush a dental appliance, and a body configured to be releasably coupled with either one of the toothbrush head and the appliance brush such that the appliance brush and the toothbrush head are interchangeable.
