Method for manufacturing a decorative panel
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing decorative panels made of flat glass for electronic household appliances, in particular household appliances that are fixed in position. The method comprises, in the specified order, at least the steps of providing a flat glass, producing a blank decorative panel by forming the provided flat glass with at least one of the steps of forming the outer contour of the decorative panel, edge treatment, or making at least one indentation on the operational front, the thermal tempering of the produced blank decorative panel, and applying at least one decorative print on the operational back of the thermally tempered blank decorative panel by means of a digital printing method.
ENAMEL COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PREPARING ENAMEL COMPOSITION, AND COOKING APPLIANCE
An enamel composition, a method for preparing an enamel composition, and a cooking appliance are provided. The enamel composition may include 15 to 50 wt % of silicon dioxide (SiO.sub.2); 1 to 10 wt % of boron oxide (B.sub.2O.sub.3); 10 to 20 wt % of at least one of lithium superoxide (Li.sub.2O), sodium oxide (Na.sub.2O), or potassium oxide (K.sub.2O); 1 to 5 wt % of sodium fluoride (NaF); 1 to 10 wt % of zinc oxide (ZnO); and 20 to 50 wt % of at least one of titanium dioxide (TiO.sub.2), molybdenum oxide (MoO.sub.3), bismuth oxide (Bi.sub.2O.sub.3), cerium dioxide (CeO.sub.2), manganese dioxide (MnO.sub.2), or Iron oxide (Fe.sub.2O.sub.3), which provides an enamel composition with a reduced cleaning time, and facilitates cleaning without soaking in water.

An enamel composition, a method for preparing an enamel composition, and a cooking appliance are provided. An enamel composition, a method for preparing an enamel composition, and a cooking appliance are provided. The enamel composition may include phosphorus pentoxide (P.sub.2O.sub.5) at 15 to 50 wt %; silicon dioxide (SiO.sub.2) at 10 to 20 wt %; boron oxide (B.sub.2O.sub.3) at 1 to 15 wt %; one or more of lithium superoxide (Li.sub.2O), sodium oxide (Na.sub.2O), or potassium oxide (K.sub.2O) at 5 to 20 wt %; one or more of sodium fluoride (NaF), calcium fluoride (CaF.sub.2), or aluminum fluoride (AlF.sub.3) at 1 to 5 wt %; one or more of magnesium oxide (MgO), barium oxide (BaO), or calcium oxide (CaO) at 1 to 35 wt %; and one or more of titanium dioxide (TiO.sub.2), cerium dioxide (CeO.sub.2), molybdenum trioxide (MoO.sub.3), bismuth oxide (Bi.sub.2O.sub.3), or copper oxide (CuO) at 10 to 25 wt %, such that a heating time required for cleaning may be shortened and oil contaminants may be completely removed.

The enamel composition may be cleaned without being putting it into water.

VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WITH TWO-DIMENSIONAL CODE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF
A vehicle windshield with a two-dimensional code includes a first glass, a second glass and an intermediate film provided between the first glass and the second glass. The first glass includes a first surface facing the exterior of a vehicle and a second surface adhered to the intermediate film, while the second glass includes a third surface adhered to the intermediate film and a fourth surface facing the interior of the vehicle. Black enamel paint is printed on the second surface and/or the fourth surface. The second surface or the fourth surface is provided with a two-dimensional code printed with enamel paint at a position corresponding to the black enamel paint. The two-dimensional code contains unique information of the glass and/or the vehicle.
Electrothermic Compositions and Composites
The present invention relates to electrothermic composite material comprising an electrothermic layer on a substrate, wherein the electrothermic layer comprises glass having a carbon component dispersed throughout, wherein the glass, the carbon component, and their relative concentrations are selected such that the electrothermic layer resists delamination from the substrate over repeated electrical heating and cooling cycles. Methods and uses of the composite materials are also described.

The present invention relates to electrothermic composite material comprising an electrothermic layer on a substrate, wherein the electrothermic layer comprises glass having a carbon component dispersed throughout, wherein the glass, the carbon component, and their relative concentrations are selected such that the electrothermic layer resists delamination from the substrate over repeated electrical heating and cooling cycles. Methods and uses of the composite materials are also described.
PARTICLE MIXTURE
The present invention relates to a particle mixture comprising particles of glass frit and particles of a crystalline oxide material, wherein the glass frit comprises silicon oxide (SiO.sub.2), zinc oxide (ZnO) and sulfur (S) and wherein the D90 particle size of the particle mixture is less than 5 microns. The particle mixture may be used to apply an enamel to a substrate. The present invention further relates to the use of the particle mixture to form an enamel on a substrate, to a glass sheet and to an automotive window pane.
