LED tube lamp
An LED tube lamp comprises a plurality of LED light sources, an end cap, a power supply disposed in the end cap, a lamp tube, and an LED light strip. The lamp tube extends in a first direction along a length of the lamp tube, and has an end attached to the end cap. The LED light strip is electrically connected the LED light sources with the power supply. The LED light strip has in sequence a first wiring layer, a dielectric layer and a second wiring layer. A thickness of the second wiring layer is greater than a thickness of the first wiring layer.

An insulating glass unit (IGU) comprising at least a first glass plate, a second glass plate, a spacer and an edge element, wherein the spacer is fastened to the first glass plate by a first immediate tack and green strength structural adhesive seal, the edge element is fastened to the first glass plate by a second immediate tack and green strength structural adhesive seal, one of the spacer and the edge element is fastened to the second glass plate by a third immediate tack and green strength structural adhesive seal, and the other one of the spacer and the edge element being fastened to the second glass plate by a compressible adhesive seal.
OPTICALLY-TRANSPARENT, THERMALLY-INSULATING NANOPOROUS COATINGS AND MONOLITHS
Materials and methods for preparing thick, mesoporous silica monolithic slabs and coatings with high transparency and low thermal conductivity are provided. The transparent silica materials are particularly suited for window or solar applications including insulation barriers for existing or new single, double pane windows or glass panel building components. The template-free, water-based sol-gel methods produce slabs or coatings by gelation of a colloidal suspension of silica or other oxide nanoparticles or by ambigel formation and then ageing and drying the gels under ambient conditions. Solvent exchanges with nonpolar, low-surface-tension solvents help to avoid cracking caused by drying stress. Mesoporous slabs can also be cast in molds on perfluorocarbon liquid substrates to reduce adhesion and enable gels to shrink freely during aging and drying without incurring significant stress that could cause fracture.
LED TUBE LAMP
An LED tube lamp comprises a lamp tube, two end caps attached at two ends of the lamp tube respectively, a power supply disposed in one of the two end caps or separately in both of the end caps, an LED light strip disposed inside the lamp tube and a protective layer disposed on the LED light strip. The LED light strip comprises a mounting region and a connecting region. The plurality of LED light sources is mounted on the mounting region and two soldering pads are disposed on the connecting region. The mounting region and the connecting region are electrically connecting the plurality of LED light sources with the power supply. The protective layer comprises a plurality of first openings arranged on the mounting region for accommodating the LED light sources and two second openings are arranged on the connecting region for accommodating the two soldering pad.
Structural glass element
In the case of a structural glass element with a plastic-coated glass panel and at least one assembly element attached hereon, the glass panel is coated in particular with a silicone-based elastomer across its entire surface, and the coating at the same time creates an adhesive joint with one section of the assembly element supported on the glass panel.
System and method of curing adhesive during assembly of glass syringes
A method for curing adhesive during assembly of glass syringes, including: dispensing adhesive onto a glass syringe; and curing the adhesive using a UV LED line array. The method may include one or both of pre-curing the adhesive using a UV LED spot and heating at least one of the glass barrel, needle and adhesive at one or more points during the method. A system for curing an adhesive during assembly of a glass syringe, the system including: a dispensing station for dispensing the adhesive onto a glass barrel and needle; a pre-curing station for pre-curing the adhesive; a curing station for curing the adhesive; and at least one infrared heater for heating at least one of the glass barrel, needle and adhesive at one or more points in the system. The glass syringe may be operated on by a subset of the stations in the system.

A synthetic quartz glass lid for use in optical device packages is prepared by furnishing a synthetic quartz glass lid precursor comprising a synthetic quartz glass substrate (1) and a metal or metal compound film (2), and forming a metal base adhesive layer (3) on the metal or metal compound film (2). The metal or metal compound film contains Ag, Bi, and at least one element selected from P, Sb, Sn and In.

An LED tube lamp comprises a plurality of LED light sources, two end caps, a lamp tube, and an LED light strip. The lamp tube extends in a first direction along a length of the lamp tube, and has two ends respectively sleeved to the end caps. The LED light strip is disposed inside the lamp tube, and the LED light sources are on the LED light strip. Each end cap comprises an electrically insulating tube and a magnetic metal member. The magnetic metal member is fixedly on an inner circumferential surface of the electrically insulating tube and interposed between the electrically insulating tube and the end of the lamp tube. The LED tube lamp further comprises a hot melt adhesive on the inner surface of the magnetic metal member and adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the end of the lamp tube.
