A handle extends from a first end of the housing. A channel extends through the handle to the housing. A pump is positioned in the channel proximate to the housing and is in fluidic communication with the interior space. A reservoir is selectively insertable into the channel so that a nozzle of the reservoir sealably couples to an inlet of the pump. The pump is configured to selectively pump a fluid that is positioned in the reservoir through the interior space and the bristles to exit through the holes to apply the fluid to the hair.

At least one of the base and the brush head define an interference feature for preventing the brush head from moving relative to the base as the handle assembly is selectively separated from the brush head.

Liquid fragrance in the containing device is sprayed to the bristles by the pressing member. The bristles can brush the skin of a user for applying the liquid fragrance to the skin of the user.

A droplet for delivering toothpaste to a user can be provided. The droplet can include a dissolvable outer membrane defining a volume with toothpaste inside the volume. The outer membrane can be formed from dissolvable film strip technology and include a tail or corner portion, which is configured to be embedded into the bristles of a toothbrush. In one aspect of this embodiment, the outer membrane of the droplet can form a pillow-like shape. The droplet further can include one or more extensions coupled to the outer surface of the outer membrane, where the one or more extensions can have a triangular shape, a barb shape or the like. In one aspect of this embodiment, the droplet further can include a logo, a cartoon character, a word or the like printed on the outer membrane. The plurality of extensions can form irregularities on the outer surface of the body section of the outer membrane.

The present disclosure provides a system including a handheld implement having a handle and a head. The system also includes a base having a basin, a pump, and a product container. The basin includes vertical walls forming mouth opening to an inner cavity that receives the head of the handheld implement. The product container includes a reservoir of product. The pump conveys the product from the reservoir to the inner cavity via at least one through-hole in the basin.

A system comprising an implement and dispenser containing a fluid detachably coupled to the implement. In one embodiment, the dispenser has a housing that includes a reservoir containing a fluid and an actuator for dispensing the fluid from the dispenser. The dispenser is at least partially located within the cavity of the handle. The housing of the dispenser has at least one protuberance that protrudes radially beyond an outer surface of the handle thereby forming a ridge that a user can grip to remove the dispenser from the cavity of the handle.

Cartridge and a base unit for use in an oral care appliance

A cartridge and a base unit for use in an oral care appliance are disclosed. The cartridge includes a connection interface configured to form a detachable connection. The base unit is also configured to engage operatively with the cartridge to facilitate flow of an oral care composition from the cartridge into the oral care appliance.
