The present invention relates to an assembly for packaging and applying a cosmetic product comprising at least one volatile solvent, said packaging and application assembly comprising an applicator comprising an applicator member having a main body bearing a set of protruding application elements that define between one another a plurality of spaces for loading and applying the cosmetic product, characterized in that at least some of the spaces for loading and applying cosmetic product are delimited by at least one surface produced from an open-cell porous material that can selectively absorb some of the volatile solvent of the cosmetic product.

A discardable cartridge having a limited quantity of a lip balm that is loaded into a closable applicator container, such as a piece of jewelry or a wearable accessory. The cartridge includes a rigid or resilient upper base having a convex or flat top surface upon which the lip balm is associated, and a volume of lip balm attached to the top surface of the base. The flat or convex top surface allows wiping the balm onto the lips single-handedly. The top surface of the cartridge can include a plurality of integrally-attached bristles, between which the lip balm is embedded, anchoring the lip balm to the cartridge, and providing the additional function of exfoliation.

In one embodiment, the cavity incorporates an active substance element, containing the active substance in a carrier material and releases said substance in a controlled manner when it comes into contact with water. In another embodiment, the cavity is adapted to the shape of an active substance element by means of defined external contours. The volume of the cavity is preferably 1-2 times and no more than 4 times greater than the volume of the active substance element, ensuring that the latter is preferably surrounded by water during use. This allows the active substance to be effectively metered and ensures that the brush is easy to use.

A mop air dryer combination comprising: a mop head; an air dryer, wherein the air dryer is positioned above the mop head; an adjustable clip extending from the air dryer; and a handle inserted into the adjustable clip extending from the air dryer.
