REINFORCED LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATES
An aggregate includes a polymeric foam present in a range of about 80 vol % to about 85 vol % of the aggregate. A cementitious matrix is present in a range of about 10 vol % to about 13 vol % of the aggregate. One or more resins are present in an amount of less than about 2 vol % of the aggregate, and one or more reinforcing fibers are present in an amount of less than about 1 vol % of the aggregate.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULATED MATERIALS FROM CEMENT COMPOSITIONS
A method for producing aggregates from non-hardened cement compositions, in particular from concrete or residual concrete, which method includes adding a) a water-absorbing agent and b) a crystallization deactivator to a non-hardened cement composition and mixing until a granular material has formed. The method allows unneeded residues of still liquid concrete to be converted into a practical product, which can then be reused to produce new concrete compositions. The invention further relates to a granulated cement material that can be obtained according to a corresponding method, to the use of the granulated cement material as an additive for cement compositions, and to additive combinations for cement compositions, which additive combinations include a water-absorbing agent and a crystallization activator.

SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING UNHARDENED CONCRETE
A system and associated methods for processing unhardened concrete are disclosed. It at least one embodiment, the system for processing unhardened concrete includes a means to estimate a quantity of returned concrete; a foam adder to add foam to the quantity of returned concrete; a mixer to mix the added foam and returned concrete together to create treated concrete; a discharger to discharge the treated concrete; a discharge area configured in which to allow the treated concrete to set and harden; a converter to convert the hardened treated concrete into a particulate or aggregate form; and a user to determine the specific utilization of the particulate or aggregate form loose material.

HIGH SURFACE AREA INDUCERS FOR CEMENTITIOUS AGGREGATES PRODUCTION
Method and composition for producing aggregates from cement and concrete, including residual or returned concrete. Exemplary methods involve the use of an aggregate-forming inducer that provides a surface anchoring site for cement paste to bond/adhere, such as shredded news print, cardboard, or mixtures thereof, and also including fiber materials such as polymers, glass, and other material fibers. The aggregate-forming inducer is mixed with fresh concrete until aggregates are formed.

METHOD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DATA CENTER
A method for the construction of a data center, includes (a) providing a fresh concrete composition including a paste that includes a hydraulic binder, a mineral addition and water, the paste being present in a mixture with sand and aggregates, whereby the paste is present in the concrete composition in a volume of <320 L/m.sup.3 and/or the solid volume fraction of said paste is >50 vol.-% and (b) placing the fresh concrete composition so as to build walls, a floor and/or a ceiling of the data center, which are intended to surround the individual components of computer systems, which are housed in the data center.
Novel Cellulose-Based Concrete Mix and Processes
A construction material comprising a cellulose material impregnated with cementitious particulates, a cellulose material impregnated with cementitious particulates, cement, and sand, a cellulose material impregnated with cementitious particulates, cement, sand, and stone, and manufacturing processes thereof are described.
